Friendly staff, easy in-n-out hotel.

Not enough plugs in the room, particuarly near the bed, there was only one, and it hwas hidden al the way of the bottom of the bedside table. Food at the hotel was good, but took a extremely long time.

The lobby was flooded when I got in, the hotel was on the renovation that was not disclosed, I had to use the service elevator without a light was a nightmare

He was under the renovation and we could not access the main elevators. The lobby was flooded.

Breakfast and location were very good.

WiFi was atrocious, property overall was a bit dated and view was of a construction site. There are 2 other Melias around the corner which looked much better and newer (and I honestly wish I'd stayed at one of those instead).

Location super central in Itau Bibi and breakfast were really making the difference in our staying. Staff was also welcoming and helpful for our staying. Overall service was really good

The rooms were quite old in terms of furniture and finishing. Better maintenance and bathroom renovation are needed

Nice decoration..like an art gallery inside.. Kind and fast welcome desk.. Clean rooms and suitable/comfortable conditions. There are many kinds of nice restaurants around hotel.. Good location.

The place run down, the pillows are old, the towels are worn and thin, the furniture is worn and chipped.

Bed comfort and cleanness are excellent. The staff is very good. Above all, the location is favorable for my needs. I have stayed at this hotel several times.

The hotel no longer offers cable TV channels. If you are interested in news, I can tell you that the offer is minimal. This is a recent change in the facilities provided by the hotel. Room service was very poor. I asked for a pumpkin and meat soup, the portions of which were minimal, and the meat had only fat and nerves. Early afternoon, I asked for a salad, and the kitchen was closed that day without any previous notice.

It was a great stay at the center of prime location, it was near to all the attractions.The staff were very helpful, and they were speaking good English.Would like to thank the reception staff and Restaurant staff as well who made the stay memorable

The coffee MEGA sucks. Guys for your own sake, stop being cheap and just buy some 1kg pack from The coffee chain for example (shop right next to the hotel) and brew in a thermal bottle to serve at breakfast. That will set you back max $5 a month. Maximum!!!!

It needs maintenance and remodeling, facilities are old and stuffy. The staff was very friendly, but none of them spoke English, not even Spanish, it was very difficult to have a fairly stable communication. the location, the best.

No flexibility with early check-ins, even if room was available. Had to pay half day in addition.

Dirty, noisy, bad service. Ran away 2 days before the plan while paying for nights I didn't spend there. Just literally ran away...

The location was very nice, in a safe area and full of very nice restaurants. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The wifi never worked on both phone and laptop. The gym is very small and only one treadmill was working during my stay and it was always occupied in the morning (often by the same person using it for very a long time).

The location is perfect and it's surrounded with great restaurants and bars. The staff is very well trained and very helpful.

The location is perfect. Close to good restaurants, to the Ibirapuera park and to the finantial district.

By photos, I expected a modern hotel, but the room was old (renovated a bit but still looked old). The price was very high for such a simple room. I think the price is related to the location. And the gym was only OK (the treadmills must be 20 years old...).
