Great hotel, but upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available in the category I had booked, so the only solution was to upgrade and pay an extra US$60 per night. I expressed my concern and they simply said they could not help

I like to work out each day and the gym was not open. They had two teadmills and 3 bikes, with some handweights in a room, but it was crowded and not suitable. Very unhappy

Overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and functional, the hotel location is great given the restaurants and super market that are walking distance from it, the staff was very friendly and supportive. I would definitely repeat my stay.

The windows of the room do not provide sufficient acoustic isolation and allow too much noise from the outside to come in. This is even more relevant and impactful given the high standard of the hotel and the corresponding rate level.

they gym needs more weights and heavier ones than the ones available.The quality of the food in room service is poor. need more variety and better quality food.

The property is located in a great area, which allows you to do a lot of things by feet… you can walk to very nice restaurants and stores. It’s safe. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a very friendly staff. The staff were nothing short than amazing. We had a problem with our room bathroom sink not draining , and the shower taking forever to heat up, but the staff where prompt to try to help and when they couldn’t , they moved us to another room . It was a pain but easy transition . They did make up though when they let us have a late check out. These things happens and it’s how you respond to them it’s what makes a difference. The breakfast was amazing and their gym and sauna super nice . Overall I give 5 stars and can’t wait to come back.
