1) No swimming pool 2) The piano playing at breakfast was amazing, very talented artist - it was just a little too loud for me at breakfast time - a softer volume level would have been perfect.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond!So grateful about the very early check in and changing our room when we had a problem with the bathroom.If we go again to SP, definitely will return!

The hotel was great! The room was nice and clean, staff was really helpful and everybody was very nice. Amazing location too, with a shopping mall super close.

Gym needs a bit of improvement, but other than that, that wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

Price increased a lot compared to last years and got too expensive for the level of the hotel which has quite old rooms.

We couldn’t sleep after 2 AMExtremely loud music in the neighborhood It seems there was a party inside the room.Two nights sleeping after 4 AM…And it was a weekend without kids…I’d like my money back…

poor communication, overcharged my card. I paid one person and when I came back to check out fully they were no longer there and said I had not paid. held me up from my uber. uber left and charged me. had to pay EXTRA. and get another uber. overall I don't know if the one worker stole the money or what. the language barrier made it even harder tot understand everything. I will not be staying there again

Poor quality of towels, extremely stinky pillows and room itself, speedily the carpet smells like mold. it was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I asked for new pillows and they brought me another set of stinky pillows with fresh pillow covers. I stayed 6 nights, the toiletries including soap and essentials was changed only twice, I do not know the reason why they couldn’t replace ir when I was running low and needed it.

If you book in advance, prices are very competitive. Breakfast is one of the reason why I like to come back regularly to this hotel. Very stratetic position in Sao Paulo

Way too slow the check-in. Bathroom is small and uncomfortable.

Attention from the breakfast staff

The cleaning of the room smell terrible about the carpet and the sofa, the air conditioner not working, the lights not working and they don’t clean the toilet every day

Very elegant, entire staff super profissional and kind.Breakfast with a chef for omelette and Tapioca and a pianist was incredible.

Hair blow drier is not good.
