The staff very helpful.

The internet was dodgy and the couch in the livingroom was old & needed cleaning.

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff friendly, good breakfast.

My room was supposed to have a couch in the living area, but there was none. The TV was very small and located on a weird place, for accessing from the living and room, but since the living had no couch, no point in having it there. Also, this area has a lot of planes traffic, since it is close to the airport, and the room windows are not sealed, so if you are sensitive to noise, would not recommend.

i feel discomfort the room they provided to me, as no working table and cable plugs and then they changed another room the A/C did not work properly, so I checked out 1 day stay.

Area is quiet at night. staff is really polite, help full and friendly. Break fast was decent. Comfy Bed & Hot Shower.

Few suggestion I like to make. Breakfast had too many bread choices. It can be replaced with something else. TV needs to be updated with modern technology and bigger size. There was no coffee machine in side room. Safe box in the closet had no lock. Instead of worn out dirty floor rug they should install tiles or vinyl plank floor. Sofa is getting dirty. either wash the upholstery or replace it.

Good location

The building and its facilities are relatively outdated. There was a noticeable odor of mold or possibly a dead animal near the bed area. I suspected the source might have been the carpet or a moldy mattress.

The location was wonderful. It is located near restaurants and shops. A supermarket was also near. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was very well organized and clean, beds were superb and very confortable.

Entry hall attendant's desk is a bit simple, reminds me of very old small hotels

The bathroom tap broke in the middle of the night. WeHad to change rooms after having thw floor floded.Thw reception desk overcharged us with credit card. We have to wait to be reimbursed

More bilingual staff could've improved communication in great measure. Also, no option for heater to be set to higher temperatures in cold days.

My room was 14th floor, and there is some wi-fi connection problems while I am staying. Except for this, the hotel is very comfortable.
