The room was very nice with a thoughtful layout and design. The bed was comfortable, nice amenities with the writing desk and nice use of space. The breakfast was wonderful- it was located in an open-air garden/sun-room style area with an omelet station.

There was an unresolved issue with the rate. I originally booked it as a single, but added a guest later, which the hotel confirmed in writing. But the rate was not updated and it was drama at checkin.

I liked the location. The room is spacious. The breakfast staff were friendly.

There is no accessible entrance so if you are arriving with luggage get ready to work out to get your bags up there. When I arrived they put me in a room on the second floor that was under construction but I asked to change rooms and they did. I was there during the winter (July) and the room was really cold.

I really liked the staff, they were very cordial not only with the basic needs, but also some specific requirements I had - my brother stayed two nights only with me, while I stayed four nights, and they were very fast to answer my questions about paying for an extra guest for only partial time

An extra would be to have smart TV options for entertainment, but the hotel met all my expectations and didn't lack anything

the hotel was fine in most aspects except VERY noise , mainly at night. I recommend you get a room at the rear or bring earplugs

Location is good, breakfast and staff at front desk are nice.

Hotel rooms and facilities need major updates. The room furniture is very old, carpet, Tv, desk and bathroom tiles and shower. The toilet lid is old and wouldn't stay up. The gym is totally forgotten about.

Breakfast was alright, with a tapioca and omelet station made to order. I believe it is served from 6 to 10 am.Air conditioning was good, and interesting to turn on, as it was through one of the phone buttons.

Room was outdated, with a TV that should be replaced asap. No cable? No HD-TV? I'm not asking for streaming services, just a good old high definition cable channels. Sauna was ok, just remember to call reception and have them turn on. Gym was old and straight out of a 90's catalogue.

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is not attentive, your presence is irrelevant to them. Location is good
