The location is excellent with lots of facilities nearby, including markets, farmacies, restaurants. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. The bedroom has good size and the shower is excellent

Awesome location, close to lots of stores and dining options and a few blocks from the metro station. The staff was very friendly and efficient (kudos to Cleyton), they were able to get me an earlier check-in without being charged extra, which is greatly appreciated.

Location was good, but staff, room and breakfast were just ok.

They didn't let me use a desk and chair at any place at the hotel. I needed to work and had to do my work on the sofas in the entrance. Also, the valet was so incredibly slow and careless. Worst paid valet I ever used.

Awesome location close to most restaurants and supermarkets. Great breakfast with fresh fruit. Wifi is great, and the bed was super comfortable.

Location was good and the staff were friendly enough.

Upon arrival, the room had water infiltration in the bathroom, peeling floorboards, closet doors crooked on its hinges.We had to ask for them to change our room. There are a number of outdated rooms, while some others have been renovated.

I arrived early in the morning and couldn't kill time until check-in at 14:00, so when I was in the lobby, a staff member approached me after 12:00 and I was able to check in early.

I couldn't watch TV and the cleaning time was late.

The room was comfortable and had everything we need. The mini fridge wasn't noisy like in other places we stayed.

Breakfast was too simple for Brazilian standards. It's in a busy area, so it can be a bit noisy.

overall it was ok but just some bits felt very old - like our bathroom wouldn’t flush (the knob literally fell off), the card didn’t worked at the elevator etc. Breakfast wasn’t the tastiest (tho it did had many options so maybe we got unlucky with our choices)

Breakfast was very disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. Even the bread wasn't fresh! The key for the lift doesn't work properly. There's no dim light in the room. The carpet in the alley is disgusting, it doesn't seemed to have ever been cleaned.

Excellent location. Easy and quick check in. Room was fine, exactly what you expect from the price paid. Pretty decent breakfast. I interacted with staff a few times and they were friendly and helpful.

the furniture is stained and worn, the bathroom is old and stained. the filthy curtains. dirty walls. The daily rate does not match these problems.

I loved the breakfast! It was really yum and with a good variety of things. Location is amazing and staff is super friendly. I'd definitely go back!

The hotel doesn't have a pool - fairly common in Sao Paulo. That was not a problem at all as I knew it. Can't really swim myself

The bathroom was dirty and in urgent need of updates. The shower door railings had mold in the inside bottom of it.The safe didn't work it looked like the battery was almost out and the TV remote control didn't work.We didn't complaint because we didn't spend much time in the room, only to sleep.

The location is excellent, close to the Avenida Paulista and good bars and restaurants. Pretty easy to get an Uber or even the subway. Good breakfast
