I used to stay there on a regular basis some 20 years ago and it still is up-to-date, clean, modern and very comfortable.if the rates remain attractive I will be using it more often in the future.

Good breakfast, very nice view from the terrace and also from the Windows of the room. Nice personal. Clean room and large. Very good location.

Still, the room was not like în the pictures. Very very small pool.

The staff is impeccable, especially the housekeepers and front desk.

I only missed a good bar or restaurant to have coffee and afternoon meals.

Staff is extremely kind and professional. Rooms are clean. Shower is very good.

Wi-Fi internet needs a bump in speed and reliability.

The location is spectacular. Right in the center of the financial district. Some good food around and a great opportunity to rent bicycles and ride around the city.

The location is very conenient, and my room faces away from the street so it's quiet. Room is spacious and staff is very friendly and helpful. Room also has a good view.

Everything was great except for the inconvenient timing that though my room faced the back which is more quiet, there happened to be some type of construction/hammering noise above my room that was went on pretty much nonstop during the day until I called reception at around 10pm and they helped make the noise stop.

Disappointing experience.

Lack of information on the hotel, no phone directory, lousy QR code system. Could not call the front desk because there are no indications on the phone and no directory. The tv is about 15 feet from the bed. You can barely see if. Not enough towels per person. Had to complain twice. Solved it only after talking to duty manager.

The common areas of the hotel are really nice, albeit a bit small. The breakfast buffet was good. The pool on the top floor is beautiful. The rooms are nice but a bit small.

The room was well kept, but not very luxurious. The materials used for the bathroom and such could be nicer. The room was a bit small. But overall the stay was a good value for money.

The staff on reception and the bar were outstanding. The service from the start to the end of our weekend delivered every time. Classic Brazilian hospitality and a beautiful luxurious hotel. The included breakfast was fantastic too!

A little noisy with airplanes and building alarms because of the location but nothing unbearable.

The view from the pool was amazing.

The bread and compliments were not that fresh. The furniture at the pool was dirty and not as comfortable.
