The location is excellent and the lighting was quite good, staff was friendly but never exceed their duties.

Broken safe, weird shower, no mask available to customers, breakfast was the same everyday with no effort to bring an item I appreciated. The restaurant had very slow service.

Old fashion bedroom, lack of options in the breakfast and dinner.

Wrong room , not like confirmed in booking. Missing towels and empty schampoo. Balcony closed. Quiet old and in details not well maintained facilities. Failure in charging, comlicated in refund. Refund not received till now.

I think this is my 100th time at this hotel and I always look forward to the next 100th.There’s really no other place to stay at this cost-benefit in São Paulo.

Property was clean.

Both shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom were empty. Blow drier was broken. Called the reception and requested a new one. After an hour I called and requested AGAIN for a working blow drier. 5 min before my check out they came with the blow drier. Bear in mind I called the first time at 9am.

Great location, steps away from Avenida Paulista with many shops. If you are there on Sunday, the Avenida Paulista is closed for motor vehicles, there is music and crowds, and has a good vibe.

Restaurant personnel spoke no English or Spanish, very difficult to communicate with if you do not speak Portuguese.

breakfast is great, and the staff is very polite and accessible Location is also great close to good restaurants and shopping mall. Also great for easy access to Av Paulista

The hotel rooms are pretty old fashion and lack infraesctructure. The safe was not working and there was no table to iron clothes at all, which is pretty weird for a 4 stars hotel.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

While the hotel had some positive aspects, it didn't fully meet my expectations for a 4-star property. The bathroom felt a bit outdated, with some mold in the bathtub, and the water took longer than expected to warm up. Additionally, the room faced a street bar, so there was some noise from people socializing outside in the evenings.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Housekeeping did an amazing job—everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk felt cold and distant, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The AC/heat in my room didn’t work properly, and to make matters worse, the in-room phone wasn’t working either—making it difficult to get help. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, a WhatsApp messaging system or some modern communication option seems like a necessary upgrade!!

No iron available in every room. Had to call each time I wanted to iron. I don’t think it’s true 4 star hotel, I would probably give it 3 stars.

Rooms and furniture are outdated, need maintenance and refurbishment.Almost no facilities.Breakfast quality is below average.

Room size and breakfast were good and the beds were comfortable.

Maybe bad luck in our room, but the shower tap was almost impossible to turn on and off, and the safe didn’t work.

Good location, one block away from Paulista Avenue and walking distance to two different subway lines (green and yellow). Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast well served and with a good variety of options.

Very unstable shower. After opening it and have it on the desired temperature, it would from time to time get colder, and then warmer again, and then cold. Had that behavior in the morning, so maybe connected to how many people are using the shower at the same time.

Location was great. Right next to Paulista Ave, MASP arts museum and a nice park.

Terrible facilities, no options for lunch, staff direly spoke any English (with a few exceptions).

When I arrived the lady who checked me in didn’t say anything (literally nothing, not even hello) until she handed me my card and then she said my room number (and that was it). This was a pretty awful first impression and I didn’t feel welcome at all! I had to come back down and ask someone else when breakfast etc was ? the lady who did check out was much friendlier, but wow. Not what you expect from a 4 star!

The front desk team was great. Kudos to Daniel in the front desk. He greeted me by name every time he saw me and asked if they could make my stay more enjoyable. Daniel made me feel at home.
