Novotel SP Jardins

Very unpleasant experience. I booked the hotel for day use after arriving early in the morning from a flight, as I was waiting for my next flight later that evening. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unaccommodating, unpleasant, and showed no empathy. On top of that, Wi-Fi was barely working in the room, which makes no sense at all.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. They made the difference. The room had all the wheelchair adaptations. And the breakfast had many options.

The lighting in the room was indirect. I know it's standard in hotels but it bothers me.

Hotel is in a great location, convenient to many nice restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

Internet connectivity was not great.

The floor in the room wasn’t clean. in booking high-speed internet is marked as an extra option but it was the lie. they do not provide it, only low-speed internet was available for foreigners for the first 24 hours and that’s it. suspicious staff works there. The one guy from staff was absolutely mean. Also, I gave him my credit card in hands to get paid for the hotel. It was the only one place in Brazil where I did this. A few days later Unauthorized payments of $500 were made from my credit card

Room was big and bed comfy. Shower room modern with good powerful shower. Noice sofa and table to work on in room. Breakfast and lunch were very good value for money and swimming pool was very cute.

The building was pretty old. I woke up several times every time another room opened/closed their door. It was very loud.

Location was really good and comfortable. The staff were excellent especially the restaurant staff were too good. Mr. Wanderson(if I remember correctly) at the front desk was very helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Nothing much to dislike. But after experience Novotel hospitality and amenities in middle east and other countries. Felt it is less. When I received an email for online check-in to welcome in style maybe I expected more. When I find there is no one to help with luggage also was little disappointed, tea,water bottles in the room were available at cost. So I felt price was high without such facilities

Location was great. Room has space and its quiet even though being on a loud road. Breakfast is very nice and has lots of offer and they do different things every day, which helps when you have a long stay.

Bathroom is very small! They didnt have my booking and staff wasnt very helpful. I arrived late after a very long flight and didnt make it easier. Room cleaning was made very late. I once went back around 1pm and it was still not done. Disappointing.

It has a very good location . Clean , breakfast is very good .

Big room, corporate not boutique but great. Loved the breakfast. Staff were attentive and adorable. Especially the breakfast team ?

Good location and comfortable room. Quiet seated areas for coffee and meetings was efficient.

We could never get coffee capsules in the room from cleaning ladies....had to always beg reception which always acted quickly !

1. Employees do not speak English, even at the front desk. Only a couple of them could communicate poorly 2. Most employees look and wear is dirty 3. Coffee machine during breakfast broke almost every day during my four days stay4. On Sunday the restaurant had only three available dishes out of the whole menu and the waiter did not warn us until after he served the drinks 5. The door lock of the room next to us was broken and guests had to slam the door several times to close and it awoke us every morning. The housekeeping lady did exactly the same thing two mornings and reported the issue. However the hotel keeps selling the room to other guests6. We were given a disabled room without warning us, despite I am genius level 37. Getting an iron was extremely difficult and had to ask for it several times before getting it for 30 minutes 8. The first day the run out of eggs when we arrived to the restaurant

Bed was great, location couldn't be better and staff is very nice.

it's terribly kept. Dirt everywhere. We got cleaning service once in a 4 days stay and I can't call changing towels and making the bed cleaning. The carpet is filfy.
