The hotel is in a very safe area, and two shopping malls are nearby. The views from the higher floors are excellent and give you a real feel of São Paulo. Breakfast was also delicious.

There is nothing to complain about.

I absolutely loved everything! The breakfast was fantastic, the bedroom was the perfect size, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the location couldn't have been more ideal, and the heated pool was amazing!

Very pleasant staff - especially Milton at the Front Desk

No concierge service. No lounge bar. Only seating at reception and sit up bar in restaurant. Did not like open plan bathroom.

Everything was perfect

I liked the location, in front of a great shopping mall, safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants.The breakfast was great and the staff was super polite and nice.

The most important piece of advice I have is to check with the hotel before booking if they have any corporate events booked at the same time you are planning to stay. We did not check and it was a pain. During the week we stayed there were several corporate events going on, which meant the hotel was full. This translated to: we had a hard time getting the cleaning team to clean our room, staff stressed and overworked, breakfast dining room was more than full, when taking a shower the pressure of the shower oscillated from steaming hot to super cold and this was a real pain, gym packed, elevators packed....Wi-Fi: You must connect your devices to Wi-Fi on a daily basis, which means your devices will automatically disconnect from Wi-Fi and then you must manually reconnect. That's a pain if you're working from a hotel.

Very comfortable room. We arrived at 9 am and were offered a room with free breakfast. That was very nice really.Breakfast is ok.

A drill noise (felt like next to our room - three times and then it was over) at 710am was very disturbing and woke us up.

I actually stayed for a full week, in the same room.Somehow - and it's a mystery how - my room really smelled like old cigarette smoke. The smell would be gone when opening the window, but come back again randomly (with closed windows). I started to wonder if it cane through a venting system somewhere, maybe in the bathroom? One night I woke up from it.Then the room door was next to the elevator exit, so you'd hear the ringing. And there was construction work in the upper floors / one of the elevatorsAnd I found a total of 3 (same type) insects crawling on the bedhead... clearly not bed bugs luckily, could also have come from outside somehow... but still a bit strange that it was the same ones. Also they had no wings, so could not have flown in.

Some staff lovely some just not interested at all… sorry to be a pain wanting some service ordering a drink!!!! Room layout doesn’t make sense to me .

The property really addresses what a business traveller needs away from home base. The gym not large but has everything you need , the equipment is of high quality. The cardio equipment looks into a wall of mirror that reflects a beautiful long pool for doing lengths. This pool is under a glass roof. Lots of chaise to relax.The meals are very diverse with lots of healthy options and even GF options. Lovely outdoor patio with palm trees.The room is a good size but not extravagant. The bed is really comfortable with a good changing room as part of the bathroom.The staff are so kind and helpful… I stayed in São Paulo so the warmth of the people is part of this country culture.

There are some cautions to be taken, I was traveling alone meeting colleagues, but they are givens and when followed, it is a safe place.

Disappointed from radisson hotel!

It was not really clean. The apartment was damaged (doors was more less falling down, whole in the wall,…) it was a nightmare to take a shower on a dirty place

Location was great and close to many points of interest. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Upon arrival at 5pm, we wanted to surprise our kids with their 'cabana' service. The room was not ready, and all that experience was blown away. Room structure is not for family at all and not for couples. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom, so there is no separate wall and no privacy in using the toilet with their blurred door. The floor is not "bath friendly" so it always got wet when one took a shower. My son slipped and hurt his leg leaving the shower. There is no place/toys dedicated to kids and enough space for the kids to sleep comfortably. When leaving, we asked front desk to help with luggage as we had 2 kids, trolley and all. They told us there was no help available and to "get by yourself"!

Breakfast was a great spread. The location was great, the area around the hotel was near and clean. We felt safe walking around.
