It was clean and nice staying. Very nice breakfast, you could find - cheese, omelet, brand and cheese- this is super nice, a lot of yogurts and fruit.

Partly personal doesn’t speak English.

Convenient location, great breakfast, very friendly & efficient staff.

Rooms look quite tired and bathrooms are tiny. Both definitively need updating and some basic maintenance (window latch in the bathroom was broken, shower light kept flickering, some furniture with scratched paint)

We stay in the room 1301- room clean but the noise during the night from other’s air con motor was overwhelmed.We thought the noise was from our air con- but no, it came from the air con from other areas. There were 2 areas closed by 2 wooden boards by one of the windows, at the right. We could not sleep at all. We explained about the noise but the staff seemed unaware of this. One staff offered to change us the room. But it was in our last night in the hotel?Moreover, toilet was blocked 2 times- my hubby sorted it out! We did not asked for help… to frustrated for that.

No laundry service,Shower was not working properly, Renovations done while.cutomers were still in rooms.Asked reception for a power adapter was told to go to supermarket to buy one.

The food was unappetizing and most of the staff was unfriendly and not very helpful.

The room was freezingly cold - the airco system does not work for heating . I did ask for an extra blanket what helped during the night but the room temperature was very cold for the complete stay - not acceptable

- Our room was spacious, although it needs refreshment / renovation; welcoming sweets was a nice touch, however only one water bottle (tiny!) for two people it's not enough; they've also provided with flipflops (different sizes), which we've liked a lot. Soundproofing is not existing so you can hear everything in a hallway, view through the room windows (12th floor) - very nice; - Smooth service during the check-in process, although the receptionist couldn't speak English (seemed it was a newbie), therefore it took a bit of effort to understand the details (at least basic English or Spanish would be recommended). Overall - very pleasant service / staff, including a night-guard and receptionist who helped to briefly switch off the music in a common areas (on a loud side) so that we could take work-related conference calls in an open meeting/working area room (many thanks for this!) near by the reception; - Coffee machine in a room could be used for both coffee and tea (!)- Safety (we've seen some guards at the entrance of the hotel), which is appreciated

- Location (far from everything, if you're visiting Sao Paolo during the weekend); approx. 1h by taxi to Praça da República (which is a park and public square in the República neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil) / where many touristic tours starting.- Shower in the room (13th floor) needs clearly a renovation/refreshment, the pressure was very low; and in general the cleanness in a bathroom could be improved; - Breakfast varied daily, however was missing some warm selections, mainly dried etc. breads etc.

Everything was subpar, rooms was super dirty. Definitely not worthy of their stars.

The breakfast was really good and it was in reasonable hours (from 6h30 to 10h30 in the weekend). The room was clean, the shower was awesome and the size was nice. The wifi was reasonable too. When I measured, it was about 10mb download/upload.

I was not going to use it, but the pool was not accessible and the sauna was not working (because of covid, which is understandable).In the room we stayed in, there was a noise in the night that we believe it was because of another rooms' air conditioning. This might be annoying to people that are sound sensitive.

Nice rooms nice breakfast although a bit limited in choices, great swimming pool which was not so cold even if not heated.

The swimming pool was not open the evening I arrived and the following morning did not open until 10, which was a pity as it is long enough to do some swimming but after breakfast it was not the best Time to exercise. Also it would be better to have a second choose of cheese and cold meats and sweet, and to add one type of chocolate cereals to please kids.
