Very good value. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms are clean.

It's a little dated, could use a renovation. The area is the area, they can't really do anything about it.

It's close to the metro station but that's all, I would recommend paying a little more and stay in another area of the city

The hotel is quite outdated. The personal is not friendly or helpful at all. There's no safebox in the rooms. You have to leave your key at the desk before leaving your room, like why?The surrounding area is also filled with sketchy people. The internet is low.

I didn't know that region of São Paulo, it's full of drug addicts and beggars roaming on the streets. I arrived past midnight and even the Uber driver was afraid to take me to the hotel and recommended that next time I should stay somewhere else. I agree with him, there's no way one can feel safe with streets like those. It's a pity, since the hotels there seem to be good, there was the Windsor and the Apolo Plaza right in front of the Real Castilha. I surely am not coming back.

One corner away from leaving the hotel, we were robbed, the hotel is not clean, and the whole place is very dangerous, I do not recommend tourists to take out their cell phones or anything.

it is not clear what to expect with this booking presentation

this hotel was maybe good place to stay 50 years ago. Everything in the building is really old. The neighborhood is not save, it‘s known for drugs. People on the street all night, consuming, celebration, gathering together, you hear everything from your room. You should not walk around. It‘s not safe to have your belongings with you, on the other hand, people have experience with your belongings are not Safe in your room…

There was no stable internet, you can only connect cellphones, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and the wood of the beds roared when moved ?

The hotel is clean and the room was super comfortable for a family of 4. The breakfast is very nice. The staff is kind and helpful.

Internet connection does not function well. The hotel location does not feel safe at night, with many homeless people around, however at daylight it is not bad - it’s close to a subway station and there are many police officers around to keep the place safer.
