water to be provided in rooms.shampoo and conditioner to be provided.extention of stay to be taken seriously and not informed on last day if not available.

i was not allowed extension in room facility, i had to wait 6 hours in the lobby. till i could take a cab to the airport.

As usual, ibis is what we wait when we booked. Good people, friendly and efficient.

There was mold on the bathroom door.

Disappointing

Bed. Space. Room service

The staff was/is very attentive and friendly, especially Guilherme and Nayara.

The construction and repairsctaking place in front of the hotel.

Cleanliness, restaurant inside.

cups without saucers for breakfast/ no support trays

Great reception for the show happening in the Allianz Park

Price quote abusive for a Ibis - taking advantage of the concert happening in the surrounding area

Location

A little bit noisy outside due the work constructions, every morning at 7:00am. We could have sleep longer but the noisy

This was my 8th time in the hotel, for me is very convenient since I use the Barra Funda bus station. I like the location and the places around the hotel.

There is a work construction at the moment and this creates a little bit of the noise in the morning. Since I stayed 2 nights on my second day I noticed it during the morning, not yet 7:00am

Staff friendly and room very clean. Breakfast amazing, many options.

Location comfort friendly staff

bfast, location, shower, staff

sewage smell (two different rooms) , stained wall, broken lift

Very clean and close to malls, restaurants and pubs.

The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure which made for a relaxing experience after hours of bus ride. Staff was friendly and stored our luggage after checkout at not extra cost while we saw the city.

The location is not great. The only way to easily access the place is via a taxi. It is also a bit hidden (at the end of a dead end street) which made it confusing for the UBER we used at one point. You can't really easily access metro lines from there which makes it overall hard to move around Sao Paulo.

The breakfast is very nice. The facility is very quiet, far from de traffic noise. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores in the same location. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay!

Place is clean and well located. Easy to find and not so crowd. Breakfast was not included n i felt little poor of options but still the vibe of the hotel during my stay was very nice. Staffs were kind and ready to help...Overall was a great times in there!

Could have at least 1 bottle of water for free available inside room upon checkin... or maybe 1 free bottle per day upon request at lobby.

the staff is very friendly

nice room excekent breack fast

Clean and pleasant.

Location.

Everything was fine.

The time to make the check-in took too long and the shower was not working properly.
