the room were good

The breakfast was not good enough, no so many options and a little messy.

Well, it is fro Melia -a known brand. Seemed to have been remodeled lately. Gym was ok, but nothing too fancy.

Spacious room, but not really well used. TV was too far away from the bed. Not a comfortable chair to work in. There was no plug close to the table. Restaurant closed early.

The lining and organization are very nice. Staff is outstanding. Some maintenance to be done in old rooms and bathrooms.

Internet is really bad! I’ll say is mostly a hotel where business people stay, so internet is a must and it works horrible. Coverage and speed

I found a cockroach in the bathroom after returning from work, reported it to the staff the next day with photo evidence

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. After a long and tiring day at work, I returned to my room and found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was an unpleasant surprise and not something I expected from a hotel of this standard.The next morning, I informed the staff so they could take appropriate action to improve the cleanliness and avoid similar issues in the future. I also took photos to document the situation and shared them as proof. I hope this helps the hotel address the problem seriously, as cleanliness should always be a top priority for guest comfort and safety.

When I booked my room, I requested an early check-in and was told that the hotel would do its best to accommodate me upon arrival. However, when I arrived, the reception staff attempted to charge me for a full day's stay for a few hours of early check-in. I explained that I had already booked six nights at the hotel and felt it was unreasonable to pay for an entire night's stay just to gain access to my room a few hours earlier. Unfortunately, my argument did not help my situation. Although the room was ready, the staff strictly adhered to their policies, prioritizing the sale of early check-ins.On the day of checkout, a similar situation arose, where I had to spend 2,000 bonus miles just to extend my stay by two hours.I travel frequently and must admit that I have never encountered such an unfriendly customer policy in any country I've visited. This was my first, but it will also be my last stay at this hotel.

I received an upgrade and the room have being recentrly rebuilt. Compared to the previous experience at the same hotel the new room is much better

The necessity to register a credit card to be able to use the services. It is not comum in any hotel in Brazil

The staff was very helpful, the location e cleanliness.

The AC system is very old and was not properly working.

there was some renovations going on in the pool, so was dusty. the friedge in the room was very noisy and the aircom too. Overall clean, but I expected a bit better from a hotel this Standard.

The hotel is very well located in the Faria Lima area. The first Queen room we had old furniture and we then moved on to a higher room category, which was brand new and corresponds to the pictures you see online, so I recommend booking this if you can.We had issues with noisy neighbours the first night but the receptionist kindly agreed to move us to a new and better room.Breakfast was good.The hotel is very close to all sorts of good restaurants and the area felt very safe.

The swimming pool area is a bit old in my opinion.The elevator system needs an upgrade.

sauna didn't work, it reached maximum 40 degrees because it was broken

The location was perfect for my plans.

The breakfast was a terrible surprise. Extremmely disappointing. Small portions that could take a life to be refilled. The coffee was less than drinkable. I asked to talk to the manager and he never came.

Excellent location. Property has just been renovated under new management, so it is a wonderful stay for the money at the heart of Sao Paulo. Highly recommend.

Staff was polite

Room was dirty and outdated. Several stains on the bed and chairs. Toilet kept making water noises. I tried to leave the hotel at 9am and only 1 elevator was working. Waited for 13 min on my floor and only was able to get downstairs because I used the service elevator. For $1000/night it's definitely not worth it.

The hotel was one block from a supermarket and some restaurants.

The hotel was nice but the pool was closed. Unbelievable that not able to check atm of reservation with no detail on this. The gym was completely old with old machines. The breakfast was ok. Just 2 options for gluten free condition. Took me literal 15 minutes for the elevator to come.Unbelievable the old facilities and no comfortable like calling the elevator.
