Sheraton Sao Paulo WTC Hotel

I PAID HOTEL BELL BUT THE HOTEL BILLED LAGE AMOUNT 3 TIMES.

Excellent service on all departments! Amazing bartenders, helpful hotelmanager, friendly staff in the restaurant

What's there not to like?

The breakfast was OK, coffee was very good.

I had no USB port in the room, not at the desk and not next to the bed.

breakfast is very poor, little chance, small and dark place, pay little attention on the sufficiency and creativity on breakfast,even less satisfied than other 4 stars hotel.

the room is alleged 35m2, but most of the space is WC, the facility is old and poor, the breakfast is so poor, why don't you pay more attention on the diet? no fresh cooked main dish, very little choice, no healthy food, no on-diet food. It shows poor management.

Location, inside good bar and restaurant. Late check out

There was an issue in my room with AC and water heater that was resolved very quickly. No big deal

There is some licking water in the bathroom but overally it is clean and spacious.

The gym was absolutely perfect. Front desk and restaurant staff were great

perfectly friendly and helpful staff helped us out with everything we needed, thank you!! the hotel is very big, slightly old-fashioned but very good - it has everything you need, everything works and rooms are very spacious.

my room had a door annex to another room which made it a bit loud when the other guests arrived (not sound proof) and they tried opening the door which was creepy (maybe put a sign "door to another room")

The water of the pool was really dirty. We could not use it. House keeping was a bit erratic. I had to call to get my room done after two days.

hotel is good .definitely needs renovation to be classified as a 5 stars furniture ,Mouquet in room looks old specially lobby furniture staff is very good but 99% don't speak English only Portuguese and Spanish .very difficult to find some one speak English or even French or Italian or German .they have their phone in hand and use google translate for every answer or questionI think Marriott and Sheraton should learn them the basics but the hotel in general is ok

Nice clean hotel, nice clean quiet rooms, great staff, lovely bed.

The bathroom wasn't very well put together. This was on one of the Executive floors. The toilet seemed to have a leak at the wall. The basin seemed to be crooked and falling off the wall. The shower seems like a bath was removed and the shower was simply left behind. The water and pressure were fine but the drain was noisy and a bit smelly. No coffee making facilities in the room.

Rooms and carpet need a remodeling as it looks and feels very dated and unsophisticated

The staff of the reception should have a class on how to treat guests with good manners, and stop acting like they own the hotel. Humble themselves and chill.Make the guest feel welcomed since he is paying for the stay and not treat the guest as if the reception guy is making him a favor (free stay).

Good price. Besides, we order room service from the restaurant and it was good and it arrived fast. The tub on the room was also nice.

The hotel is emertically closed and you cannot even open a window. The hotel's restaurant is inside a mall. So weird. Besides that, the pool seems dirty (although I think that is because of the tiles' colors) and it is crowded. The shower is waaay to hot and you cannot control the temperature. It is even dangerous bc someone with a low blood pressure could easily pass out from the too hot, uncontrollable steam.

My wife and I like to book long weekends at the Sheraton hotel every now and then to make the most of their great executive rooms with individual unique decorations for each room and the stunning swimming pool.

We usually have a great experience at the hotel, but during our last stay we were disappointed by the service and the quality of the room. Service in the pool area and bar was terrible during the weekend and even worst on Monday. There was only one staff at the bar who was having a tough time accommodating everyone’s orders, which were taking a very long time. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. The TV in the room was tiny and old and for the prive of an executive room, having a very limited amount of TV channels and no netflix access on the TV set in 2022 is just unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
