The Hotel needs a major refurbishment, I couldn't sleep at night due to pigeons nesting in the AC unit!, the decor is very very old and worn.

The location used to be very good, but now there are a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area.

The two beds were ample and the breakfast was good, they provided us with extra pillows and blankets promptly when requested.

The staff were rude upon arrival, we didn't speak the language and they didn't even make an effort to try in either English or Spanish, and the bellmen didn't help us with our luggage. The elevators are extremely slow and full all the time, the rooms were adequate in size but the curtains didn't close properly, which was unbearable at 5 am, which is when the sun rises, it was extremely hot, even with the AC. The sink was clogged and there was no reaction to our complaint (which we were very kind about).

Room was very big, with big windows and a nice view. the beds were comfortable. it was in the centre, which is nice if you want to visit.

the window was leaking and the floor next to it got wet, we came very late and we weren't bothered to get another room. it was very busy at the breakfast, we felt a little bit uncomfortable with our small children. but overall was a comfortable stay.

First, I attempted to modify the date of my arrival, but unfortunately, it was not feasible. Despite the fact that the change was necessitated by adverse weather conditions, the hotel's policy did not permit any alterations. Consequently, I was unable to arrive as planned. Upon my arrival, I was assigned a room with a noticeable mold odor, which was quite unpleasant. Considering the fact that I had endured a 14-hour flight, the last thing I desired was to engage in a dispute regarding the room's condition.Furthermore, the surrounding area of the hotel appeared rather uninviting, with a significant presence of homeless individuals and dubious characters. According to the local residents, this particular area is considered to be unsafe. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and central location

Only 3 lifts and no stairs which means long waits. Hotel itself is dated and not very clean. Overall ok value for money.

Affordable clean room, strategic location, polite and helpful staff, good boufe breakfast, good security.

The location, it's filled with addicts and small time thugs. Cannot roam around in front of the hotel. Always have to book a cab to and from the hotel. The entrance is on a bike route, thus there's always the possibility of snatching your valuables. Be very careful with your mobile on hand.

Nice and clean place, good value for money. View from the top floors are amazing. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, and well organised. The rooms are spacious and clean, although the hot water takes a while sometimes. The hotel is well located.

The lifts are an issue. Waiting times are extremely long, especially during check-in, breakfast and other peak times. This is frustrating to guests. A better system to manage the storage of bags. This is a great additional service the hotel provides, but it is somewhat chaotic.

No quilt, only blankets. Sink is slow in draining. Light. Charger are apparently not enough.
