The bed was a little too firm for me.

Staff was great, facility very clean and organized, and exceptional location.

I contacted the facility to ask if there was any vegan option for breakfast and lunch, they said yes which made me really happy. But that was not true, there was no vegan options at all except by fruits. My biggest problem is not the fact that they don’t have vegan alternatives, the problem is when they say they have it when banana is the only food I can eat at the facility, that’s disrespectful.

The bathroom was not very clean. There were hairs on the walls and on the toilet.

When I got the room and enter the bathroom the trash can wasn’t clean. Had some cold in the night, would be great to have a heater and maybe some water bottles in the room.

The guy in the reception -EZEQUIEL - was really well prepared and very kind with all guests.

The bathroom shower doors had a lot of mold on the rubber seal which I think could be easily cleaned.

Hotel under renovation. Noisy construction. Elevator stoped working for 2 days on weekend.

The breakfast was really good. The hotel is old and could use some upgrades. Everything was very clean though.

In the heart of São Paulo. Basic decoration. Not always quiet. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The location is great, just at the beginning of the Avenue Paulista. You have everything at walking distance.

The room bathroom need to be refreshed, I got a broken toilet and the shower looks dirty. There was renovation going on in the hotel, noisy and messy.

Ac didn’t work well. The first room we were in had dirty sheets and when we moved to a new room, it was in the construction area.

The location is perfect, right at the beginning of Avenida Paulista. The TV in the room was a smart TV. The room is basic but comfortable. Breakfast is ok.

Reception staff were helpful but appeared unenthusiastic.

The location is amazing. Everything is nearby, including subway stations. The staff and the cleaning are great. The room was a bit small but good, the bed was also good, no complaints. The wifi worked well.

The bedroom could be a bit bigger, would be nice to have a balcony, but nothing too bad. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but what is really bad is the soap. There's no body cream, and the hard soap makes sure to dry out your skin like nothing else, I could feel my skin tearing after shower. The shampoo conditioner mix together seems quite something you find in a really low budget hostel. This can definitely be improved. Remember to bring your own toiletries if you care about yourself!

Apart from the obvious, such as the friendly staff, good food, good location, ect. The A/C worked well and there was good air circulation through the bathroom. This detail is often an issue in many hotels. I was given extra pillows and towels as requested.

A couple of minor things: storage space. What served as a night table was VERY small - just a shelf. Same in the shower/bathroom. A LITTLE more shelf space would be nice. Some power outlets are a bit worn. The one in the bathroom (room 852) would pop out of it's fitting. I think one did not work next on the side of the bed closest to the window. Also one of the two window latches had loose screws so the window would not close completely and let in a lot of noise. I tightened the screws myself and the reduced outside noise a lot. I chose to fix that latch myself, I am sure they would have fixed it at my request. Again, these were really minor things. Overall experience was great.

First of all they couldn’t find my booking for 20 minutes, even me showing Booking.com, they looking at it and was unsure. I had come from a flight for 10 hours and was exhausted but they were lost.

Really bad service from the first staff that was lost and rude, considering I was destroyed after the flight. Then in the room I found countless hairs from other clients and obviously it wasn’t mine. Seemed like no one had cleaned the room properly! I made the complaint 3 times.

Kindnesses of staffs

No amenities at all. Only 2 towels and 2 soaps, hair dryer, small noisy empty fridge. Would be nice to have coffee maker and couple of mugs or cups. And make sure to know there’s no heating. AC only.
