The room was dirty, shower and bathroom full of mold. Charged for what was supposed to be free breakfast.

Bed sheets were not clean and the pool was even worse. Do not swim in it unless you know its been cleaned.

Rooms are very nice and quite large. Great shower with good hot water and pressure.

WiFi is terrible in the room and although better in the lobby, still unreliable. There is also no coffee maker in the room. Hotel staff try but there is not a lot of English speaking/understanding, even at the front desk and in the restaurant.

We stayed for one night before our flight the next day and it was perfect. The rooms are very spacious and include a fridge. Wesley at reception was extremely helpful and showed us where to find the nearest store to buy supplies. Breakfast was excellent, and we spent the day relaxing at the rooftop pool before heading to the airport.

Spacious room, great shower, room service available. Sauna was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, the detox juice was very nice!

Very slow check-in, as if there was a problem. Offering guests some cold water on arrival would be a nice gesture. Some areas appeared in need of maintenence.

Hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. Bedroom was large and had separated wardrobe. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Breakfast was fabulousClose to Expo Centre which for us was great

Staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us in the best way possible.

The AC in our room did not work, room was very hot and smelled bad.the staff tried to accommodated us in another room, but the AC was not working properly either and they mentioned that the problem was in the whole hotel, but at least the second room did not smelled so bad.

Location.Beds are big and quite comfortable.The room features great soundproof windows, which is quite helpful to avoid the noise from the busy avenue.

Old facilities, the hotel definitely needs some renovation. Room was not clean enough, we could see dirt in different spots.Overall, it is way too expensive for what is offered.Breakfast could be of better quality as well.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff very friendly, although most do not speak english, so communication can be difficult. Spacious rooms.

Hotel is very outdated, rooms lack many facilities (only soap and shampoo/conditioner available). Pool is extremely cold, and seemed run down, you cannot have a “pool day” at this hotel. There are also barely any power outlets (there are none near the bed).

I really liked the staff services, they attend me and my family in a wonderful way.

The first room I guested first had an air conditioner problem. They changed us to a new room and after that occurred an argue between guests

It’s so easy. we were staying right across from our friends’ place. Cool bars, restaurants nearby. Very clean. Rooms were spacious. Would happily stay again. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were kind and friendly.
