Very nice staff, the bedrrom is spacious with a small kitchen with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is good size. Everything is very clean.

There were no plates and cutlery in the room. We asked at the reception, and they have promptly provided us. Ideally, it would be available in the room.

Room size, breakfast, check in and check out flexibility

Very nice and diligent service. They really helped us to get around the city and also were very kind to keep our luggage in safe storage until the evening. Very comfortable bed, very clean room, and perfect location.

The only thing I'd like to have had is a coffee machine in the room, and maybe something like a bottle of water (the refrigerator had several drinks but they were soda type). A complimentary bottle of water wouldn't hurt and it helps, especially when you arrive late from work or the airport, with a slight dehydration.

The breakfast was small but as expected. It provided what I needed, but nothing more.

The room was a suite and only the bedroom had an air conditioner. It was not powerful enough to cool the entire suite.

The rooms are more like small flats, with a kitchen sink, mini fridge and microwave, so it's great if you go with small kids. The bed was super comfy. There's a living room with a sofa and a big modern Smart TV. The staff is super attentive. Overall, a great experience.

There's a major drawback: the windows are very old (probably from the 80/90s) and don't have noise cancelling. The noises from the streets REALLY get into the bedroom. You can clearly hear the cars, trucks, motorcycles beeping, construction workers... If you're planning on staying here for relaxing, I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is very old. It is a way different standard from other Mercure hotels. You really need to do some renovations here!

We stayed for only one night, but the accommodations were perfect for our needs (2 bedroom apt).

rooms are outdated, old furniture. Just painting and a new furniture would make them way better.

The apartment is big, clean, and well equipped. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and excellent parking service. Nice neighborhood, very safe and quiet.

The facilities seem a little old but they are quite clean and well organized.
