Mercure Sao Paulo Jardins Hotel

The staff was excellent and cleanliness was superb.

The non obvious charge for the second person even though the room was booked for two.

The breakfast was okay.

The reception team don't speak English .Alot of noise in the hotel.

During Check in They on 31st Oct 2025 they asked the payment for R$3183.99 and I paid through My ICICI Credit Card and full payment.again, when i was checking my other bank card statement of SBI it was debited R$3183.99 which card i given during booking.The payment done double time and i am trying to ask the hotel contact number but they are speaking local language and not understanding.I am trying to call the Booking.com customer care but i am unable to get it.

Payment policy.Since hotel they taken payment from me.Booking.com debited the same from me.duel time payment made and need one payment reversa.

Location is really nice, facility also good

Room service did not answer for 30min, could not talk to them at all, even in person... not a big issue... but... i was expecting a little better service for the price.

Stuff are so slow and security should be more strict. When we asked that our key not working they change it even ask for an ID.

Great location. Front desk staff is warm and helpful.

Not providing drinking water. We have to go to the dining hall to fill out our water bottles every day.

There was some confusion by staff when we did the check in as we done an online check in but was quickly resolved.

bedroom was great and location too. Guy from reception the day we arrived was nice.

had cold shower with no proposed solution, locker in the room also wasn't working, took the guy 20mins and we gave up and decided to leave as is as needed to go to the street.

Staff is always great. Our room was always clean and tidy.

It seems like the hotel could do some updates with lightning and showers.

Wonderful location in the center of Jardins . Terrific staff at front desk . Excellent housekeeping . Had a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately . Was given a room upgrade as well . All in all very satisfied !

on 12 th floor wifi is the worst even whatsapp didnt work. their breakfast can offer different things everyday rather than the same scrambled egg

wifi is not the best, some of their staff doesnt speak english, their breakfast can be improved , and lastly we stayed here 2 times in 14 days booked both in advance , they gave us a complimentary bottle of water on first stay before we leave for a domestic flight but when we were leaving for an international one with 2 hours traffic had to pay 14 brl for a bottle of water…

Paid breakfast was decent, had Nespresso machine which is nice!

Overpriced hotel, but acceptable for a couple of night in Sao Paulo due to location!

Great location

Hotel is very tired and shabby. None of the main lifts were working during our visit an we had to use the service lifts.

Location is bery good

The. Hotel maintainance is not so good. Elevators were not working the whole period.

Location is the best part of the hotel. It's close to restaurants, the shopping district and other commercial venues. It is clean and practical.

It's a tall building and one of the two elevators was broken during our stay. In a couple of ocassions (due to elevator traffic) we had to use the emergency stairs to go to the lobby.
