Breakfast is very good.The hotel smell good and is very clean and well care.Showe is excellent.

The hotel is updating their infrastructure but still has old fashioned rooms

1. The tv equipment is very close to the bed2. Parking staff was extremely rude

Spacious room. Good fitness center and wood sauna.

Bathroom had a lot of mold in the tiles.

Location is good.

Air conditioning was smelling mold. Mattress not so confortable (too soft).

The location is great. The gym is good but needs upkeep, and it's nice to have a pool in such a central area of the city.

Our room had a bad maintenance problem: the Wi-Fi wouldn't work, so they connected us to a network that only worked in our room. The shower literally felt from the wall and almost hit me in the head when I was showering. Overall, the service is bad, and the staff couldn't care less.

The room is decent. Enough space, good fridge with drinks, good coffee machine. Bed correct and clean.

Bathroom way TOO small and out of date :(Toilets clogged, no bath soap like shampooThe TV is unusable and confusing.

Location is the only plus of this hotel. everything else was a big disappointment.

We have stayed for 2 weeks. They have given us a room with no safe and then transferred us to a room with safe but in another building that the lobby was closed. So for 2 whole weeks, we had to take the lift, go underground and then take the lift to our apartment.The apartment was on the 6th floor which was under construction works, full of dust everywhere and inside the apartment as well. They replace sheets but dont wipe or clean floors or walls.The swimming pool had full still water and it was a pool of possible bacteria. My son was very disappointed because he couldn't swim any day of the 2 weeks.This is a 2/3 star hotel. And they do not care for people on holiday, only for business guests.

We liked the service of the staff and the location of the hotel. Comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast options.

Swimming pool… We arrived just when the carnival season was finished and the swimming pool was extremely dirty. I did not want my children swimming in that pool, which was disappointing since one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool since it’s 34 degrees outside..

My room was nice and the hotel workers were very proactive and nice.

The carparking service was extremely rude in the way that they drive. In addition the hotel has a very old elevator and the price is expensive for what they offer. The restaurant is a third party company that manage the kitchen and dissapointed me a lot.

Excellent location in Moema. Lively neighborhood with metro station, restaurants, shopping mall and airport close by. Congonhas airport is easy to reach by taxi. The metro will take you all over the city.

The lobby is small so it easily gets crowded and you will have to wait for an elevator.

Noise. Very noise. The air conditioner and the windows. You can hear the buses and all the traffic.

Easy check in, personnel speak English and Spanish. Rooms are big, comfortable and very clean.

Restaurant below average, lunch buffet very limited, same as breakfast options.

Staff was very friendly and help out with WiFi problem by moving me to another room

WiFi in my first room didn't work at all. Was moved into another where WiFi was moderately good.

Great place. Safe area. No problem with visitors. Big apartment and nice breakfast.

I would add a bit more to the breakfast variety.

It was the perfect location; safe….close to subway and the mall. The restaurant at the hotel provided a generous buffet, and the staff was gracious and accommodating.

The only things about the property, that was a daily inconvenience, was that we kept having to rekey the key card. After 24hrs our key card would have to be reprogrammed.

Nothing. I booked this hotel almost 3 months ahead of time as I would be visiting my family, and I have no time to loose. Upon my arrival they did not have my room ready, and they dared to say ot was not family friendly (my 1 year old daughter was not welcomed to the hotel) they not only moved me to another hotel next to it, that not only seemed to be a lower category but did not have any room ready for me. I would bever stay in such a brand like Mercure ever anymore. What a disrespectful way to finish ny 12 hour teip to get there. I even canceled my second stay in another location due to be from the same brand.

I hated everyrhing. Nobody explained to me what happened with my reservation. They told me it was not family friendly (please, stay away from this hotel if you have kids or if you don’t want to waste your time).

Very nice service, all personell very kind, great breakfast, great Fitness Center.

Unfortunately the sun roof in top of the building was closed (no sun at the Pool). WiFi Connection could bei improoved (too weak).

Rooms were comfy and clean. Excellent location. Breakfast full of options, staff super nice and polite.

Better towels would be nice. Sometimes we need something from the reception or kitchen and it took a bit longer than we expected.

Location Size of the bedroom, it was very comfortable Breakfast with a great variety of fruits, breads, eggs, tapioca, and cakes. The staff is very attentive.
