Location, front desk staff

Someone with access to my room went into my room and stole items from my room. There is no safe to lock your items

Hotel staff is very friendly and there are restaurants for all budgets within walking distance.

The rooms need a little updating.

Room was outdated and run down; bathtub leaks out, door frame broken, ugly old shower curtain and rings, hole in the sheets, only one night stand, missing toilet paper holder of any kind, no iron available...

The restaurante and breakfast is nice. The beds were comfortable.

The place looks a bit tired, especially the corridors and rooms. They charge you 10 reais if you want your towels changed. Although there were 3 elevators, just one worked, causing a long waiting time during the evenings

Hotel is well located and comfortable enough to rest

Although everything was clean, facilities were very old. Example: the chairs and tables in the restaurant are very deteriorated and need to be changed asap.I also would have loved more variety of food for the inclusive breakfast as it was always the exact same things.

Pathetic bathroom with many things not working. Tv was a small monitor not. Tv. Breakfast was almost empty with huge delays for refill. Not enough stuff to support breakfast time. Although they tried their best. No free parking for clients

Bathroom. It needs to be renovated. Bathtub was so slippery. There was no place for the toilet paper etc.

rooms were not very comfortable, the bathrooms were very old and not comfortable, with the faucets and shower head being very old and in poor condition.TV was tiny, unlike the pictures.breakfast was a bit disappointing too.

The location is pretty good, there's plenty of great places to eat right across the street, a convenience store at walking distance in a very safe area.

The rooms are awful, particularly the bathroom, mine had leaks pretty much everywhere (shower head, faucet, water infiltrating from the tub to the floor). The TV was old (so no way to sync with phone or use streaming) and had terrible signal / static. The hotel was also full and there's only 3 tiny elevators, to the point there was a waiting line to get back after breakfast.

Unfortunately, first impressions of the room and bathroom is that it was not properly cleaned. Nothing smelled fresh. Plus Wifi did not work properly throughout the whole stay.

It has an old hotel vibe, but super clean, staff super nice and helpful, the food was very good in the restaurant, and the rooms were comfy enough. The neighborhood it's great, have a lot of restaurants close and small supermarket just across the street.

It needs to be a bit more modernize the facilities, if you just base your opinion on how the floors of the different rooms looks, you would not like it. But taking that out when you go inside, everything is nice and clean.

Good location, easy access to the city center, restaurants, bars, galleries and malls.

The bathroom needs a good renovation, it was bad painted also showing the piece of the former bidet on the floor…. It seemed like an unfinished or rushy renew. There was no safe box in the room.

The pool was closed in summer plus the bed it was so tiny.

Old room, bad e loudy air conditioner

I noticed great improvements. New towels, new linens, new matress, new TV. Yet, they did not raise their prices. Breakfast is as always very good.

No complains, everything worked.
