Very attentive staff.Quiet.Good breakfast buffet Location very convenient lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby

Gym needs investment.Apartaments are feeling a little tried though everything worked fine.

We had a wonderful trip. My husband was in a wheelchair. So finding the hotel was great. The staff was very kind during our month long stay, especially Tom at Reception.

Spacious room with windows that can open to let in fresh air.Care for the environment with minimum wastage:No new toothbrushes, etc everydayNo change of linen and towels everyday - only on demandGood security.For Business travel, the big work desk with adequate plug points were made it possible to work with ease.

The fact that almost none of the staff members can understand and speak English.Only one persen at Reception could speak and understand it, but obviously, he could not be on duty all the time.

The room is very comfortable, large and comfy double bed, the shower was great

Staff extremely rude. On our arrival they gave us the form to fill without explain how to do it and the next steps. They runned through the explanation how to use the lifts and we got in, we were having difficulty and they started to scream over the counter how to swap the card. Very unfriendly. We were very tired after a 12h flight delayed for a couple of hours and we felt very unwelcome there. Our mobile services doesn’t worked in Brasil and we were relying on WiFi but our log in details wasn’t working so we called reception they were again very rude saying that it won’t work because they haven’t registered us in the network yet. That was extremely disappointing as we had no way to communicate with our family. Till the next morning still no connexion.

Breakfast very good, room excellent.Staff just amazing.Restaurant menu excellent. Had lunch and dinner there, even family reunion was in the hotel restaurant. They all loved it.

The building was a little dated, the smells from the kitchen where all over the first floor. The pool was very dirty.

Hotel location was great. Beds were comfortable. A/C was noisy and not cold enough. The A/C unit was also leaking and dropping water into a tray (inside the unit). This made for extra humidity and is also unhealthy to breath.

The breakfast was marginal. There were no sneezeguards and people were coughing over the food! Food items were always running out. There were not enough plates. The coffee was too strong and also ran out on our first morning.

Good breakfast, range of foodService in evening bit erratic, didn’t help that wa hardly spoke any Portuguese which is our fault

Location close to the São Paulo hospital and Ibirapuera gardens.

When we got there, neither the fridge, hairdryer nor tv remote worked. All were fixed quickly, but it was clear that the room had not been checked before we arrived.

Reasonable and good location. Larger room than conventional hotels.

Some hotel staff couldn't speak English.

The staff is great, very friendly and proactive. The Hotel is great it feels very welcoming and the restaurant has a good price and is very good.

Huge rooms, good location just one bus stop from the wonderful Ibirapuera park.

The hotel has seen better times. There is a kind of kitchenette, but no microwave, no coffee machine and not even electric kettle were provided. Probably due to theft by guests problem? I was advised to fetch hot water from the restaurant.

The staff and the location are great.

I think this year it was more expensive than my last year’s stay

The hotel is calm, the room was very generous, with a nice view and all the expected facilities. The staff was/tried to be helpful at all times, especially I appreciate the help of Mr. Luiz ))

Wi-fi sometimes messed up, especially in the room itself. Not all of the staff members working at the reception spoke English, which I would kinda expect from a hotel of this price range. Due to this, I guess, it took several days and reminders to get my laundry washed.

Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff, English knowledge of the staff was generally poor but we managed to get and know whatever we wanted ? Very friendly with children, nice and safe location…
