The location is excelente. The beds were very confortable. Room with microwave.

Towels were old, had stains and they recognized to have problems with the outsourced laudry provided. No tableware in the room.

Only two lifts since the 3rd one was out of service.One of the working lifts was for the staff members but staff were usually using both lifts, causing a long time waiting for them to be available for the guests

The staff was proactively helpful from the moment of arrival to checkout. I felt very safe walking alone in the immediate area, and there was plenty to do. Also, it was a short uber/taxi ride to places like Batman's Alley and other attractions.

Surprisingly delicious fresh-cooked dinner at the restaurant.

I was placed in a room with accessibility features. That may have been why there was no rug or carpet. That would have made it more comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed it.The hotel is in a good location. 30 min away from the airport and 20 min drive from the town center.

Our room ( standard double) was OK. The bathroom was terrible with mould in the shower area. The room is in need of serious renovation.

Very clean, comfy and spacious room. The staff was also very friendly. There aren't many vegan options available for breakfast ( they have almond milk, with cereal and fruits) so the restaurant manager was so kind to make a special vegan breakfast options for me - pancakes or cooked tofu. I really appreciated the extra care and for making me feel welcome.

The corridors and other little details weren't screaming "executive suite". Good thing we got that room at a slight discount, as I would definitely have been more disappointed had I paid full price.

Great room, comfy beds (although one was for my grandma and it was a bit high for her to climb on and off). Bathroom was nice and clean, the toilet was blocked and someone came to fix it very quickly. Shower was so lovely and refreshing. Didn't try the breakfast. Overall very nice stay.

The pool and its location were terrific. The breakfast offered pretty good choices.

The place was a little run down. Our room had a leak in the fawcet which we informed the staff about and they said they would fix it riht away and did not. Reception on the TV was spotty, news kept stalling. The hall outside the room had trash and it was not picked up, vacuumed in the full three days we were there.

We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was great. Loved that we were able to turn the TV around between the living room and the bedroom!

We ordered some foods at the pool and asked how long it would take (15 minutes). Unfortunately it was nearly an hour before the food arrived. Also, the next morning plates from everyone who had food the night before at the pool were still there and no apparent cleaning had happened.

I stay regularly at Pinheiros Mercure. Great location and great amenities for the cost.

Hotel facilities, pool, gym and sauna are cool features.

Charging R$56/day per person for breakfast while paying a minimum of R$500+ per night for a room is a bit pathetic. Other than that the hotel is nice, rooms and specially bathrooms area bit dated tho.Lifts are very busy and seem to have an old and not very smart system - they are not integrated - where you constantly have to wait more than 5 minutes to get a lift during the day.

Pleasant stay. Large room with separate living/ kitchenette and bedroom areas.

The location is very good, the staff very nice,the room and the bad are very confortable,the public spaces, swiming pool, fitness room and outside gardens were very good and nice.The living room was very nice to stay and the facilities ( microwave, frigobar, desk and television ) very good.

The bathroom too small, whitout a countertop and the shower were a bit weird.Sometimes very strong and someyimes weak.

The staff were very kind, and the location very good.

Room was a little dirty, the pajamas offered seemed to have been used before, with a lot of stains. And not related to the hotel itself, but the price shown when I made the booking was different from what I had to pay, so I ended up paying a lot more.

Great location, large rooms and excellent pool.
