Mercure São Paulo Nações Unidas

The room was a little small, but very clean the bathroom facilities were very nice.

Location

Gym and breakfast

Clean rooms ok and value for money

Restaurant very slow

Good bed and shower, kind staffs.

Noisy air conditioning.

staff was very helpful and room was very clean.

limited amenities in the room, not even a coffee maker. Water bottles are smaller than usual and very expensive.

The region is safer

I stayed the hotel for a week and the house keeper never changed my towels unless I specifically asked for them. When I checked out the place, the counter gave me two order receipts, but I didn't order any meals at all. After I left, I got a hotel charge notice on my credit card. It was really absurd!

Kind staff, prompt to help. The bed was super comfy, blankets and pillows were top notch

I expected more from the restaurant in terms of quality and variety. Missed amenities like toothpaste in the rooms and laundry area.

Good facilities and friendly staff.

It took too long for restaurant room service :/

Bedsheets, bed, shower and pool. Great!

The tv issues (the signal was failing), I didn't use the WiFi once due to lack of signal.

confort of the bedroom and shower

the hotel restaurant didn’t offer an inclusive diet.I missed no gluten and lactose free options.

Passable

Instalations very old, carpet in the hall of badroons were dirty, the plumbers need maintenance

Staff was really extra nice! They all went out of their way to help. Good location and the next door store (Padaria) was great.

The hotel is old and expensive. No iron board in the room. No toiletry (shower cap, cream, etc) in the bathroom.

great location

very noisy. we were in the second floor. even with double glazing windows the noise was very loud until 1am.

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood. Rooms are spacious and clean but the bathroom needs some refurbishment. Breakfast is good. The staff at the hotel is very friendly.

The bottom of the bathroom door was shabby. The water faucets did not close properly and the water drained.

Good deal for overnight stay with a perfect location for travelers driving from the north to the south. In addition great location near restaurants and other services.

Bathroom requires renovation

Old baths

Good breakfast

It is a regular business hotel.

The room was not that comfortable.

The room was big and comfortable.

Nothing in particular, everything was great

Short stay but wish it had been shorter - a frankly terrifying place to visit

Felt unsafe the whole of my visit
