Lack of English language in reception I paid all cost beforehand however receptionist take one hour for additional payment, because of their system malfunction

The rooms were nice comfortable, the breakfast was good with plenty of options.

The hotel is advertised as Spanish-speaking; however, while some staff members seem to understand Spanish, they do not actually speak it.

The hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, the room and common areas were spotless.The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The view of the São Paulo skyline was beautiful, especially at night.The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. First, the WiFi was practically unusable—it didn’t work in the rooms at all and was only somewhat functional in the lobby. For a hotel that advertises free WiFi, this was frustrating and inconvenient.The breakfast experience was equally poor. None of the food items were labeled, making it impossible to identify what was being served—an issue for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies. When I requested a vegetarian omelet, I was shocked to find pieces of ham in it, suggesting that it had been prepared using contaminated equipment. The scrambled eggs had the sauce from the sausage dish on it, more should be done to avoid cross contamination. This demonstrates a complete lack of care for dietary requirements, which is unacceptable.One of the biggest frustrations was the ongoing building work, which we were not informed about before our stay. The noise was disruptive throughout the day, making it difficult to relax in the room. At times, it felt impossible to escape the constant drilling and construction sounds. For a hotel of this standard, better communication and consideration for guests should be expected.Additionally, their key card system is unreliable. I had to get mine replaced five times throughout my stay, which was both inconvenient and disruptive.Overall, this hotel fails to meet basic expectations for comfort and service. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to those who rely on WiFi, have dietary restrictions, or expect even a moderate level of attentiveness from hotel staff.

Location is very good and the breakfast is also good. Big, comfortable rooms.

Towels were super old and some furniture was dirty.

Loved my stay. Amazing price quality. The instalations of the hotel are great. The rooms are cozy and clean. Every employee was amazingly attentive. And last and not least, food was delicious!!

The hotel looked way nicer than in the pictures and the location was amazing

Location is great, a few streets to Avenida Paulista, 2 shopping mall and restaurants.

Restaurant service could be improved.

We were unaware of the requirement to have yellow fever vaccination before returning to my wife’s country, the Dominican Republic. We did the process of receiving it but did not have a tax number and one of the staff decided to let us use his number and he did all the work for us and brought us the international certificate a few hours later. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but we are very thankful and grateful for his generosity.

The rooms was nice and clean, and breakfast has plenty of choices to choose from. In particularly the tapiocas made by order. The staff were very polite and very caring.

Had deluxe room, which had a great view. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location and shared areas.

We really liked the rooms, very spacious and clean. The location was great as well. It was only a short walk to Paulista Avenue and the area felt very safe as well.

The breakfast was very limited unfortunately. A lot of cakes, but few healthy choices. We stayed for a week, and we stopped eating there at the end and rather ate out instead. Also very bad English knowledge. I think maybe one staff member spoke English and they did not work in the restaurant. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and did their best.

Very nice building and room in the heart of SP. The building has a mixed use: Airbnbs and hotel. The facilities are not new but they are very well maintained and everything is kept very clean and in super good shape. The room was very big and with a lovely view over the city from out window (12th floor). The area was superb, very residential, felt safe and super close to downtown (barely 10 mins walking).

It’s in a perfect location, 500 meters from Avenida Paulista and the metro station. A safe neighbourhood compared to others São Paulo places.

Bathroom looks like a bit older but not that damage our staying.

they didn’t had basic things such as plates, and utensils or a water kettle for tea/coffee. the drawer next to bed was slightly inclined which gave an idea of soon because falling as well as some of the wallpaper in the living roomshower was quite small!
