The staff were very easy to deal with and had excellent English. The room was spotless clean and very spacious. It was also in an excellent location, very quiet and plenty of places to shop.

Location, amazing breakfast and also the Feijoada on Saturdays! Everyone is very friendly.

that I pre-paid for a room for two ( including two breakfasts) and then was accused at breakfast when I showed up, that we wanted to "steal" one breakfast. That was - well - quite unmotivating. Apart from the totally incompetent hotel staff and other flaws like missing towels, missing drinking glasses, etc

Even though it is paid, breakfast is amazing and worth the price. Location is great, taxi always available in front and walking distance to everything you might possibly need. Parking on site paid separately, but great service.

Laundry service is very expensive. Rooms are small and did not have the kitchenette like the pictures showed. Elevators are quire small.

Location and that would be all.

They are short in staff, the staff is unprepared, the hotel rooms look cheap and lack quality for this price tag, the bathroom has no ventilation at all

The only reason we chose the hotel was to be super close to family. It is indeed very well located and close to the airport, parque Ibirapuera and the surrounding neighborhood Moema which is bustling in the night.

The entrance of the hotel is nice, but it stops there. The rooms are so badly maintained. There are wooden frames completely torn apart around the flooring, and almost non-existent around the bathroom due to molded and rotten wood. The toilet sink/shower was leaking the whole night even though the faucets were closed completely. The windows are a single layer, so even on the 16th floor that we were located, it was possible to hear dogs bark on the street. Now imagine that sound, but just an airplane taking on/off right above you. You literally can't sleep for more than between 23-6 where they stop flying. Due to the high price tag, we thought the windows would at least be a tiny bit soundproofed, but no, not at all. The room was super cold, and the ac didn't help heating it up. Our ac was off the whole night, but it still started here and there during the night waking us up on several occasions. You should really only stay here if you need to, I'm sure way better maintained are out there for a fraction of the price.

Lounge, restaurant, food, lobby, service - are very well.

Corridors withought light, rooms very sparsely furnished, not at all charming, atmosphere of a dentist practice. Shower broken, very thin walls, you hear everything your neigbhour does or says.

One of the worst internet services i have ever experienced in a hotel. Prevented me from doing any work while in the room, which was the entire purpose of my stay

The location was very good for me and breakfast was nice.

I booked also a meeting room and found the set up a bit shabby and too expensive.

Overall good experience. Had an issue with the internet that was swiftly solved.
