for a 4 star hotel it’s very old . kitchen fridge are rusted with microwave not working.towels have not been replaced for years. all these didn’t bother us too much .the worse thing was the breakfast where bread was stale.I would not even give this hotel even a 2 star
Good breakfast. A wide range of cut fresh fruit. Tasty pão de queijo. The room was large and lovely to review my packing. Amazingly quiet for being so central and so well located. Clean and bright with perfect blinds and curtains. The staff was very helpful and I was able to use the pool for a few hours after check out and before my flight while my luggage was secure. The pool area is amazing! Lovely views and very relaxing while being in the middle of Paulista! Compliments to the staff.

staying at 2nd floor translates into your readiness to enjoy street noise. building reconstruction across the street meant for us no sleep all night. bathroom equipment requires renovation.previous residents left something in the fridge, cleaning staff somehow left it there.
