Not much other than it was the only choice available that night

It was too much distance from everywhere . Not much to do around as it's on a major roadway intersection. I would not book there unless there are absolutely no rooms available in town.

Ibis standard hotel, friendly staff, good bed, good shower, room was bigger than expected! It's located by the Ponte da Casa Verde with easy access by car/taxi/uber. It's not in the hotel, but there is a pretty good bar/restaurant by the corner called Cruzeiro - don`t miss to go there.

Wifi is pretty slow, didn't allow me to work when I needed.... area is to the safest in the city, don`t go walk around during night time.

The place was quiet, but the air conditioning was noisy.

Shower tiles grout very moulded, bathroom sink tap, very obstructed, almost no water, air conditioning is very noise, the room lighting was dark.

Good location, helpful staff, nice view at the 12th floor. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

The building is not well preserved (painting, etc.). We hear noise from other rooms. Breakfast, although with a good variety, had some food not so fresh. Not much in terms of amenities in the room, no face towel.

It has a nice restaurant in the lobby and is close to concert venues

Ibis experience usual to all ibis hotels. Spaceous and comfy rooms. Great breakfast, you can even self-make some fresh juice.

Classic Ibis experience - clean, safe, calm. Very tasty breakfast. Sports room.

personnel does not speak english, which is quite odd.

Loved the breakfast and lounge area! Pizza bar was excellent! Do recommend it!

We booked this hotel because we were attending an event nearby - at Espaço Barra Funda - and were happy with our choice. It allowed me and my family to get to the hotel at different times very conveniently. The staff was super friendly and help us get more blankets, for instance. The breakfast had a good variety of choices but had to be paid separately.

The rooms were ok. I found my bed not very comfortable. The mattress had had better days but for one night was acceptable. The room was not good isolated and I could hear all conversations happening outside. My parents' room did not have enough light for an elderly couple but that is probably not the target group for this hotel.

I like this hotel for many reasons: Good value for money, location, cleanliness and, mainly, the amazing receptionist team. They are always kind and very helpfull. ???

It’s not clean, the location is dangerous. I think it’s expensive for the quality of the stay.

The location and accessibility are okay. The lobby is modern, bar is fancy-ish. Valet parking right outside the door and car was well taken care of.

I asked for a late checkout and separate tax receipts, but I only received the tax receipt for my normal stay and not the late checkout. There were long waiting lines for check-in and check-out. The keycards on the door did not work, so the receptionist had to fix it with some kind of computer. Leaving the room blocked the door again, so we had no freedom. The breakfast was standard, but the restaurant featured only a single fresh brew machine, and the A/C did not seem to work properly.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, it was quiet.

The room's bathroom looked old, however it was well taken care of.Also, the TV in the room didn't have cable channels and you couldn't use Netflix, so you were stuck with telemarketing channels and pretty much nothing else.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The restaurant was good. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Not enough towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no shower cap, garbage can without a lid, small details in the bathroom that could be improved. The TV was small and outdated. No outlet by the second bed.

The room was clean and although it’s not big, it’s enough.The staff is great.The bar in the reception is pleasant, enough room to sit and rest while you get drinks or eat.

There were no hand towels in the bathroom. Maybe it’s a rule and they don’t really offer it, but I like to have them.The water pressure in the bathroom was REALLY low. I didn’t complain at first because moving rooms would be troublesome for us, since it was not a long stay and the hotel was really packed. Besides maybe it could be a problem in all rooms (which wasn’t the fact, because later, while talking to another guest, I found out the problem was only in my room).

It´s a good hotel in the area of Barra Funda where there are not many hotels. They have 24 hour services which is very convenient.

The building was very nice and very lively. The staff were always so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious too.
