The staff were AMAZING! They ensured such great service no matter where we were in the hotel.

The spa "room" is just that. I wish it were more of a destination spa. But the services were still nice.

Everything but especially the customer service. Comfy beds!

The pool area could benefit from more comfortable seating.

Maybe the best hotel in Sao Paulo, the staff is extremely helpful, the restaurant is perfect, the room is very spacious and comfortable. I would gladly come back.

Staff are so nice and are willing to show us around this beautiful architecture with great patience. The architecture itself is amazing!

A little bit soundproofing issue - The noise from the street will enter the room, especially during early morning when there is traffic outside.

I received a very warm welcome on arrival and throughout my stay the staff could not have been more helpful. There is a great rooftop bar and restaurant.

The staff were fantastic and the hotel facilities were amazing. Breakfast was so delicious and the roof top pool was sensational. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a really good experience and would go back.

The bathroom was a little tired (although very clean). We had a jacuzzi bath but the jets on the bath were broken and didn’t work. Apart from that we loved the trip and experience at hotel unique.

Rude, untrained, and unprofessional staff. Hostess at restaurant was nice sometimes and very rude other times. Front desk staff were rude sometimes, and sometimes OK. Welcome to hotel was dreadful! Will never stay again at your hotel because of that.

The best service in São Paulo, I was really impressed by the staff. The breakfast is one of the best I had in hotels around the world. I really recommend the tapioca with banana and white cheese.

Skye Restaurant was superb, the poolBar was average and a bit passé with the red lights.

Pool bar wasn’t great. Music good and crowd seemed to be happy.

Bathrooms feel a little dated

Great breakfast, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend staying.The facilities are amazing, with 2 pools, sauna and great views.

Price is a bit steep, they could include parking tariff in room charge.
