The price was a good point, the breakfast and the location.

The shower spent a long time to warming. About 10 minutes.

Staff was very cordial.

Too expensive for what I got. The room was REALLY tiny; the TV was smaller than my PC's monitor; the mini fridge ran non-stop and ended up freezing everything I left there overnight; the scrambled eggs were not seasoned. I know São Paulo can be expensive, but this was not worth it. Next time, I'll try Airbnb.

Great hotel, very central. Dangerous area but with lots of police. Beds comfortable and room spacious. Good value.

No variety at the breakfast buffet. The bed is not comfortable. Everything doesn't look like in the pictures, it is too old.

There is a lot to say. The hotel's picture you put on your website doesn't reflect the reality. Maybe this picture was taken years ago, long long ago. The hotel has potential but lot of negligence on managing. Bedrooms are clean, beds a bit small but fair. The area doesn't feel safe, mostly when travelling with children. Lots of homeless in front of the building despite the constant presence of the police outside. My family and I are frequent travellers and when know what to expect when travelling. The hotel doesn't deserve 3***, I would give 2**. The breakfast, nothing special and same thing from day 1 until your departure. No variety at all. We were coming fro Rio de Janeiro, where we spent 6 days, we felt the difference. Nothing to compare with. They should improve their breakfast. If you are not fan of green tea, no other tea for you. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, better pay more somewhere else. It needs lots of improvement, the front desk, the receptionist should speak a minimum of English, the basic. The lighting very bright, no way to sleep with the light on. You need to switch off all the lights and leave the toilet one on.

It was fine.

No provision for hot water/ kettle.. Although I was able to get in the kitchen during breakfast period but I would have preferred direct asses to it in my room.

Excellent location, good value for money, clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Doorless shower water splashing everywhere although ideal for people who have limited mobility, slightly noisy which is understandable given its central location.

The hotel is right in the central so that the streets around the hotel are really dangerous, however the hotel crew are so helpful and nice and give u information about what we should watch out in the street. Also rooms are very clean, housekeeper cleans everyroom everyday. In addition we liked the breakfast they serve. If you like to feel the real sao paulo in the central in everyway of it, we definitely recommend this hotel...

Poor n very hard beds. Washroom had a funny bad lingering smell. Floors in the hotel entry n hallway were dirty. Security is poor- no safe for keeping valuables. Breakfast very limited options

I didn’t like the room, comparing to the pictures i saw in booking and the room i got it s kind of disappointing, I didn’t like it that much.
