smell dirty , pillows smells really bad

I really like how close it is to every possible need (drugstores, gas stations, supermarkets and etc), and also how easy it is to move around the neighborhood.

Regarding the hotel itself there’s nothing to say, on the other hand, the staff wasn’t that helpful or polite, they clearly didn’t want to be there.

Location

The hotel needs to be updated. Old windows that don’t shut properly; the shower doesn’t work well, the toilet gets soaked after a shower

Good location, nice neighborhood, easy walking distance to Ibirapuera Parque and local restaurants.

Very tight rooms and bathroom. Shower had no hot water. One of the lifts didn’t work.

Hotel was nice, good location and has a grocery store right in front.

Staff was rude. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and the room was not ready yet. We left our luggage in a special room at the lobby. We explained to the staff that we would leave very early next day and could not have breakfast (was included). We asked if we could have breakfast on the day we checked in instead. They were still serving it when we arrived. They refused and told us that we need to pay extra. Breakfast was included we just wanted to have it the firs day not the second.

Clean room.Although it didn't have so many options for vegetarians, the breakfast was also fine.

Since i was in a business trip, I had to work from the room. The desk and chair were a little bit old and unconfortable, and it's far from window, making the illumination not good.

Breakfast was excellent as was the location.

Cistern in the bathroom was defective and finally broke altogether on the final day of our stay.

The shower water does not keep a constant temperature!The new rooms on 10th floor are noisy, the drywall does not block noise coming from the others room, neither from the aisle.

The size of the rooms was ok but the smell of sewer that comes of the bathroom was gross, the shower leaked all over the bathroom when we took showers.The tv was broken and had a line running thru the picture it has everything to be a very nice hotel but it needs upkeep. The evening staff was very pleasant the one I checked out with didn’t seem to want to be at work.

place was rundown and in desperate need of remodeling

rooms need remodeling. doors and windows are old and walls and windows are dirty and need painting. Room and bathroom were not well cleaned when I got there. I called the cleaning person and showed her the room was dirty.

Very run down hotel. Extra nice staff and location. Good b’fast. Rooms were very old and not kept properly. Great deal for the price, but I will not stay there again unless they remodel rooms.

I want to open a wine bottle but there was no wine opener. Staff could not help me.

Only positive about this hotel is the location. It's a safe and quiet area of SP.

One the worst hotels I ever stayed in. A atrociously rude receptionist. Rooms that bed bugs and dust marks in them to long female hairs on the floor of the bathroom. One night was enough and I left and went to another hotel.

There was a very strong smell coming from the toilet. Room were tiny and the car parking very tight to drive in. Breakfast was ok thought but Better options out there for the price. I don’t recommend
