Uniclass Hotel Pinheiros

The staff were amazing. Everyone were well-polite and willing. I had to stay for half a day more and they gave me the option to do so. The prices are low due to the location (Pinheiros is next to Faria Lima, and both are good areas to stay).

Few options for breakfast, but I liked the ones we had. It's just sad that during my stay I could drink orange juice only once :( Maybe the hotel could provide more charcuterie options.The room that I got was small, and it was facing a bustling street. Due to being located in the 1st floor, people in the street could easily take a peek at our room hahahaha. The building don't have an elevator, so if you have any disabilities or any motor difficulty, it's not a good deal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Mouldy bathroom and mould on the walls in the sleeping area in first room. This was unacceptable to my standards. Luckily, the staff offered me a new room which had less mould in the bathroom. The hotel room had a strange smell, possibly caused by damp or mould. The water in the shower was not hot enough. No lift access. My second hotel room was very noisy due to the traffic. I am a bit surprised by the booking.com giving this hotel a 3-star rating. I would say it's a 2-star hotel, so the clients won't get a shock when staying in this hotel.

The hotel has an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming.Highly recommended — we had a wonderful experience!

Location is OK, reception staff attentive.

Very simple hotel, no elevators, small rooms breakfast is too simple, very few alternatives, almost no healthy food. Room is small, mattress too soft.

Good location in Pinheiros. And the staff I interacted with were all lovely and very helpful--I was grateful in particular for the willingness to let me store my luggage with them before check-in and after check-out (though I think most hotels allow that these days).

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. There was a patch on the floor of my room that was slightly sticky with dust attached to it. Door handle fell off my bathroom door when I tried to move the door. And soundproofing was another problem: the shutter over my window was closed so no light came in from the street but I could hear all the sound from the street even when my window was closed, and I could hear all sound from the corridor outside my room completely clearly. I feel bad saying this because of the positive aspects and the helpful staff, but: If it had been 25-30% cheaper, I would have thought "you get what you pay for", but the price was high enough for me to expect a little bit more.

Staff was very nice and gave tipa about transportation and nearby bars. Room has everything you nees from an AC, large and comfortable bed to refreahing shower. Breakfast is just right and the overall vibe is great! The hotel is located in Pinheros where you could go to cultural sites, museums and malls during the day and plenty of clubs and bars during the night. I highy recommed!

Great room with 3 single beds, clean, really helpful lady on reception who stored bags for four nights pre-check in when we went to the Amazon. Really great breakfast with good choices.

The room was spacious and nice, however it was not the best cleaned. The lobby had a particular unpleasant smell and the staff was not very friendly.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel is safe and there is 24/7 check-in. The breakfast is good, but there are very little options.

The rooms are very small and the breakfast is not as good as we expected. It's an okay hotel in a good location, but everything could be a little better.
