Perfect location, nice comfortable suites with everything you would need for a long stay. We were there only for two nights so did not have a chance to use it all

Loved the size and location

There is no coffee in the room. For the amount you pay to expect at least to have a coffee machine. Big disappointment.

The staff was super nice. The location is perfect, very close to the nicest roads of São Paulo. Breakfast was good. The room was amazing - definitely the best value for money in our trip in Brazil. WiFi was very good too.

Well located, clean, very good restaurant, and accommodations of first category.

Large suite with living/dining/kitchen and large balcony. Bedroom with walk through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. 2X TVs. Restaurant lovely and food and wine very good. Short walk to shopping area and restaurants.

Good sized room with comfortable bed

Quality of the breakfast not great and badly organised. Often buffet items are not replenished promptly or the cups or glasses or plates run out.You can get an omelet but not without asking.You apparently get 2 free coffee pods per stay regardless of the length of stay - how weird is that.Neither the coffee nor bathroom toiletries are replenished...

Breakfast could be better, with improved selection of breads and juices.Frigobar needs to be restocked after a night’s visit, especially if guests are staying more than one night..

Good location for most things. Safe neighborhood with some of the best restaurant options in town in walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Great value, especially if you need some extra space for working.

I like the location that it's safe and quiet. Also, I'm a runner so I like that it's close Ibirapuera park. Also the location is close to some nice restaurants and tourist attractions like MASP, Parks etc.

I find that the breakfast selection is not exceptional. They serve the same thing almost everyday. The coffee is too strong and the coffee machine for special coffee is always broken or maybe I just don't understand what there staff is telling me. It would also help if there is someone in the restaurant that can speak fluent English for the non Portuguese speaking guests. I speak a little Portuguese so I can get by sometimes.Also, before checking in I was informed via the booking.com app that the hotel have someone to assist re booking tours/reservations etc., again the language barrier makes it so difficult for me to communicate with the staff.

The staff were excellent. They helped me when KLM failed to put my luggage on the plane that got me to Sao Paulo. The room was excellent. The hotel, in general, is very good. The restaurant is decent. The location is very good. The staff were the standout.

The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee made to order if desired. Omelettes made to order. Huge buffet with wonderful fruits, yogurts, cakes, pastries, and way more items than one could possibly eat. They changed the offerings daily and the service was very fast.

Nothing to complain about.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The central location of the hotel. A good breakfast, although the dining area needs more tables for two people, rather than the big tables for 4 plus with enormous seats.

Compared to our first visit in September, we were a little disappointed on this occasion. We were given a room on the 1st floor that echoed the noise of road traffic and also noise from the kitchen/restaurant immediately below. On the second night the hotel and surrounding area suffered a power cut, and although the mains power returned well before midnight, we had to insist on having a technician to re-establish the connection in our room; he arrived at midnight. On this second occasion, we found the mattress uncomfortable and the duvet unbearably heavy in weight. Unlike our first visit, no bottled water was provided for the night.

Time comes to everything… it is time to renew some concepts and areas like the restaurant with no charm at all, and the gym machines from Jurassic time. My room also had loose door frames on the bathroom and the main door. My room phone did not work for outside calls during my whole stay…

The valet parking was easy and fast, and it was close to Paulista area so easy to navigate the streets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

The hotel keys deactivate when too close to a phone or RFID wallets.

Excellent location. Welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower with plenty of clean towels etc. Spacious and comfortable sitting room. TV with English-speaking channels. Well-stocked fridge and snack bar. Friendly and very helpful staff: Concierge, reception, housekeeping and restaurant. The fact that it was possible to open windows and not have to rely on air conditioning!

Nothing to speak of. A nice addition would be a pack of tissues in the bedroom/bathroom.

Location

Nothing close what was sold in the website, old room, not very clean, problems with electricity, problems with hot water, old air conditioning system was very noisy. I was expecting 5 stars but was not. The staff was fantastic… very attentive specially Tatiana, and my cleaner Nati. I overall the staff was good
