Staybridge Suites São Paulo By IHG

We had to pay to use the gym whilst when we booked it was advertised as on of the amenities.

I was initially given a room that was occupied and when I entered the room there was someone leaving the shower which was extremely embarassing.

Staff - location - facility

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the best restaurants, drug stores, and grocery stores.

The room was quite old, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The shower was leaking through the glass enclosure, and the floor had not been cleaned properly; I found hair from previous guests on the floor and even on the bed. Additionally, the pillow had a strange smell and some stains on it.

The hotel's location is excellent, next to several restaurants, stores and even a movie theater. The room was large and clean, fully functional and with a great view of the city

The breakfast area is really crowded at peak hours, The business center was basically a table with two computers back to back, and a chair on each side,

The breakfast was ok. The location, excelent.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower step. Too high.

The location was great. Friendly staff. Breakfast was Ok! Free parking on site!!

Language barriers, only reception people are able to assist.

Everything.

Gym was packed, but it is fair, as it's also open to outside members

I liked the location The staff was niceThe room was big and nice and clean

The shower:It was wetting the floor all the time, although I told the staff they haven't fixed it

I've stayed here a few times. it's convenient, clean and in the middle of everything. the staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. superb value for money.

90% of the hotel as ione needs

Changes of taps and showers,... Very old

the hotel is good overall- but i have being staying there since 2017 approximately and the rooms seem oldthey are clean and everything- but they do need a refresh- urgently and some paint

new rooms and great workout area. (outside workout area)

pool area needed cleaned and set up

Everything walk distancePlaces to eat down in the open spaceSecurity

We had to move to a better room, becuase of the matress very soft, in new room super confortable, new matresses

The staff was nice.

The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable, the a/c didn’t work.

The hotel met the expectations. Room was clean and very spacious. There was also a large desk to work. Breakfast was good, many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The price was rather high. Value for money is not the best.

Location, staff was great and super helpful and the size of rooms and living rooms is pretty good.

Breakfast has a lot of choice but not great quality, also no plates, etc in the kitchen area of the room. The bathrooms were far too small with virtually no space to hang towels.

The location , room size and gym. It is very clean and quiet.

The breakfast could be better if they offer different hot options menu every day, it was scrambled eggs, sausages, coxinha and pão de queijo every day.Fruits changes every day.. and also the cakes. But hot menu always same.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast with not so many options for the price
