Nice staff but sometimes hard to communicate. Property said they didn’t get my message about late arrival ( next day ) it baffles me they send messages to me but don’t get messages from me.

Rooms are big and clean

Breakfast was terrible. Few options, bread was stale, coffee was lukewarm. The worst thing: the Romero Brito “art” everywhere.

People in reception is very professional

Hotel is a little far from the city, but it was close to the event

it was good. location great. should open the connection passage to the convention center.

everything was ok. Maybe the bar open one more more during the weekend.

The property was extremely clean and the beds were amazing.

The rooms could have benefited from some sound proofing. The noise from the hallway was very loud.

A/C remote did not work, mini fridge did not work barely make drinks cold enough

We had problems with our AC, change the room but our AC wasn’t working appropriately our room temperature was between 25/28 degrees

Perfect location, complete hotel with all you need.

Breakfast experience was a bit messy with many lines for the buffet.

If I were there to attend the carnival or the exhibition centre, the hotel would be well suited for that purpose.

But I was there on other business and had to travel to other parts of the city. There are no accessible metro stations near the hotel, there are no shops, parks, etc. So, I didn't like the location of the hotel.

Good location if you are going to the Expo center next door. Very Good breakfast. Clean and well maintained rooms. Hotel staff good and willing to help.

Big room, very clean and comfortable

The restaurant is small for the size of the hotel.

This Hotel is close to the Exhibition centre but away from downtown. They have a mini bus service from hotel to the metro station and the the shopping Centre Norte. Good breakfast and just walk to Anhembi Exhibition centre. As for the Expo centre Norte is a little drive away.

The Mini Bus in the night should wait a few mins at the stop as people wait inside the Shppoing centre and cross after they see the bus. As people feel unsafe waiting outside on the road in the night.

I like the breakfast. Camilla was the best person on the reception .

The tv doesn’t have the option for Netflix or Amazon prime . So I could watch a good movie . And the worst was the soap and the shampoo. Was so bad and dry and smell so bad .

Location is close to the Anhembi convention centre. room was nice clean and big.They had a mini van to shopping centre Norte and the metro, which was good

For the price it was not worth it. As for breakfast also they want to charge extra.More places available around the area.

I paid for an upgrade for a better room with KING bed and got a room with to beds

the room is close to big road so not quiet, the swimming pool very tricky (1m deep, small)

Wide variety at breakfast , very kind staff, location for my work related trip.

Hotel is a bit damaged , naturally, it’s old. There’s nothing much to do around it if it’s not carnival .

Close to airport and city center, easy access to marginal tiete. Great for business.Bed in the upgraded room was comfortable.

Shower was usable but needed a deep cleaning.Structure is okay.
