A True 4 star even by North American Standards! Staff Was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT IN ALL AREAS! Room quite clean & comfortable, room service was excellent, Check in FABULOUS...I Can Not Say Enough great things about this hotel and its staff!

Amazing breakfast, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, everything you need to relax after a long international flight. Worth every penny, and we will definitely stay here again.

Shower was the best! All employees were super friendly and helpful! 10 stars to them! The bed was clean and comfortable too! The lady from the beauty salon was amazing and from the store as well!

Breakfast. The fruits were not ready to be served but had a variety of carbs to choose from, and a great omelette made by Alfi! The bacon was dry and hard.

Good food and bed

Simply far too expensive for what it is. Room was ok for more than 300 usd a night without access to the executive lounge. Buffet was a fortune.

A bit over priced.

We came driving from to the airport to catch an early international flight the next day. The staff was amazing, from the counter check-in, to the person that took our bags to the fantastic waiter at the bar. Having live music - the pianist was incredible - really helped us relax from a long drive and the stress of getting up very early for our flight.

The hotel is convenient and the staff are extremely nice. Breakfast is excellent.

The facility is very clean, and while a bit old it is an airport facility very conveniently located.

20 minute cab rude to aurport

Old piece of soap in bathtub. Tub had no stopper.

3 extra fees not advertised on bookings.com made the cost 1.7x its advertised price. Therefore can’t justify using bookings.com any more.

The hotel charges more than is shown on booking. This is because they apply their own exchange rate to the dollar, which makes you pay 5% more than shown on booking. This is not acceptable and has never happened to me before.

Spacious room, comfortable beds ( slept all night and very quiet), the food from the service room was really tasty, very equipped gym, good healthy option for breakfast. Staff very nice, polite.. can not complain, very pleasant stay.
