Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety when it comes to bread, pastries, and fruits though. Staff was nice.

Air Conditioners in both rooms smelled terribly - they all needed to be cleaned.

Worst place ever! Dark, terrible! Didn’t even help us with the bags, no one was there to welcome us and we were with a baby and four bags! We asked to cancel the stay and we were charged anyways without even using anything!

The hotel said my reservation was cancelled at the same day I ordered, but my reservation was still confirmed in Booking.com at that time. I booked two rooms again and was charged much higher than the original price, and my reservation in BOOKING.COM then was cancelled due to no show？？？Ridiculous experience.

Well located, very friendly and caring staff

I booked an unusual type of room (twin beds) which I think isn’t the type of room that is usually booked at this hotel. Room was very dusty! Seemed like they only made beds and cleaned the toilet, objects like the phones, soap dispenser, paper dispenser were all dusty as if nobody has touched it for a while!

Only one elevator, long waits.Breakfast was average.The hall at my floor was smelling marijuana, very badly.AC only in the room with the bed, no central unit, just a splitter.TV channels was terrible.No iron in the room.Bathroom window damaged and with mold.Room wasn’t cleaned in of of the days.

well located - heating in the room which made a cold weekend in SP more comfortable.

The bathroom sink was clogged and there was no shampoo…

on arrival staffs were not accommodating and trying to change my booking to different price which is not really acceptable, we almost left the property. we are tired for 15hrs flight and expecting to get rest when we reached our hotel but sad to say it was not a good start for us

Unhelpful staff, no one to carry bags, spoilt breakfast food, dilapidated facilities, noisy room. Pictures are nice, the reality, not so much.

Staff is kind and very approachable. Desk staff is also good in english. Clean room and also the whole building

Need to change the menu of the breakfast. But overall it was excellent

The space is huge. There are snacks as well inside the fridge, you can pay the foods you consume after you check out from the Hotel.

Well located, walking distance to 2 malls and many restaurants such as Eataly.Room is clean, aircon works well, bed and pillows are comfortable.Staff is friendly, trying to help as much as they can.

I selected this hotel for the gym and the swimming pool, unfortunately they are closed for work until the 31st of December 2021 and it wasn’t mentioned on the website or their page on Booking.comRoom not soundproofed with the outside of the building.Staff not comfortable with speaking in English.

the location was perfect for those who will take NCLEX because the pearson vue is very near 3minutes walk. all the staff are accommodating, nice food in their restaurant, the room is so comfortable and clean.
