The staff was amazing, I missed room service though. The building was nice, but a little far from groceries, pharmacies.. the breakfast was okay.

That would be nicer if there was room service

One reception guy very impolite. Maybe because he is not Brazilian and speaks Spanish but he should be trained how to speak with costumers.

This was actually our second stay at this location. It is good value, and well located to reach many of Sao Paulo's sights by quick Uber ride. It has a nice vibe downstairs, too.

1) ongoing construction within the property which never was mentioned during the check in2) property staff doesn’t speak English 3) outdated rooms, bathrooms with mold

The room was slightly darker than I would have liked. An extra light or too might go a long way. The online food ordering service the hotel offers needs work on the online tool side. But the staff did great when picking up the food

The hotel is very well located. Staff was friendly and helpful.The room was very clean. Breakfast had a variety of options including fresh fruits, cheese bread, and eggs. I have celiac disease and the restaurant staff was able to accommodate my needs, providing safe foods and serving me separately.

The rooms are small. The towels smelled like they had been stored for a long time and were rough. I would say it is expensive for the amenities offered. I would consider this an excellent hostel.

Very nice location with restaurants and shopping centers at a walking distance(10-15)min. The personnel was friendly and really helpful, particularly the staff in the reception desk. The room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of goods.

The cleaning service of the room could be improved. My roommate and myself could spot the same dirt marks on the floor for days.

Clean and modern room, nice location with easy access to a big part of the city, helpful personnel, very nice breakfast, nice restaurant inside the hotel open up to late in the night

the bathroom needs a renovation

Great location, clean rooms, very good value. Pretty safe neighborhood, near subway station, drugstore, and food places. Perfect for a short stay with friends or family. I would definetely stay here again.

Inefficient check-in, no water in room, noisy

The hotel was close to the dutch embassy, which is what we booked the room for. The breakfast bar was nice.

The bathroom was very outdated and we expected more for the money.

I especially liked the staff. What makes Ibis Faria Lima captivating is its staff. The receptionists, the Peruvian restaurant and its chefs, servers (a shout-out to Valeria) and the exquisite dishes. Everybody is so polite and welcoming. The hotel building is really basic and needs some maintenance but it is impeccably clean.

Great location in the Faria Lima district. Metro station closeby. Stylishly decorated.

The bed in my room was very squeaky. Staff's English could be better.

The road noise was very loud.

Room was clean, bed was ok, good shower and breakfast.

Although pets up to 10kg are allowed, the staff requested us not to leave our dog alone in the room. That would be acceptable, if the restaurant serving breakfast downstaris allowed pets. But they did not… where were we supposed to leave our dog while having breakfast?Besides that, there was a terrible smell of trash and sewer in the streets arround the property.

Rooms were dark. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. Towels seem very old. Only a bar of soap and pump shampoo in the bathroom. Coffee was only nescafe based!

Location is good, easy access to Eldorado & Iguatemi's Malls and restaurants. Also easy access to key avenues like av. paulista, marginal pinheiros, etc. If you have rented car by Localiza, you can drop it at the parking garage, very convenient service. Also, the parking valet is very polite and helpful.

Hotel does not provide much comfort, bathroom not totally clean and air conditioning does not work for heating up (Hotel provided me blankets).

We were able to check in already in the morning and take advantage of a few hours of sleep after a long journey.The area is quiet, safe and well connected.
