Intercity Faria Lima Address

I booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had already expired and since they were fully booked, they could not accommodate us. Nevertheless, I got full help from the front desk. They immediately started looking for another hotel for me and made the reservation. This is not usual or common. I left the hotel with the best impression. Don’t know about the facilities but customer services is awesome! Thanks Laís for being so nice.!!

Our room had a shared door to the room next to us. I didn’t like that to much but it wasn’t an issue was just able to hear the neighbor when they shower or watch tv

The dirty in the bathroom. Black spots in the wall and ceiling with moldy. The door of the bathroom with huge water damage. No water at the sink of the kitchen.

The photos of the bedroom on the website aren’t updated so beware. The bathroom is very dirty with mold on the roof and black spots in the marble of the shower ?! The bathroom’s door has water damage and it’s very dangerous due to splinters! There aren’t sufficient lights in the room. We had to ask them to change several bulbs ?. Additionally the walls and furniture need restoration.

The mold and black spots at the bathroom. The bathroom door was destroying with the water of the shower. The condition was unhealthy. The hotel photos also don’t match to the three apartments that my family occupied. We have to ask to the staff to change 3 bulbs ? lamps. There was no water at the sink of the bar. The bathroom tap was water leak.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very oldstyle. There was missing the locking of the doors to the balcony, therefore is was not possible to lock these doors.

Breakfast is included. The location is in the best area near fancy restaurants and shopping center. Most rooms have a nice balcony. The swimming pool is indoors next to the gym.

old room, very small, old bed not confortable for the price

The TV was huge! Nice shower and nice breakfast. The location is nice, safe.

The room was really small, too tiny space between the bed and walls, we barely could fit our big bags.

Breakfast was good, as was comfort in room. Position was excellent.

The sliding doors of the balcony would not lock, this concerned me for security.I came back on the first day to find my room door open, nothing was amiss, but this posed big security risks for me.The decoration in the room needing improving, the wall paper was peeling off the wall in the lounge/kitchen area

the manager was friendly and helpful but the only one able to speak English. the breakfast was excellent.

the room was not clean enough, there was dust all over, the smart tv did not have Netflix or YouTube connection. so few channels were available. I had to ask to change the towels and throw away the rubbish as the cleaner just fixed the bed in a superficial way. not even a free bottle of water in a place where you’d need it to brush your teeth - I had to pay for the one I took - 10 reais. the plugs were not ok for the brasil adapters.

The flexibility to change my room because the AC in the first one wasn´t working

The overall conditions of the 1st room I stayed: small bathroom, AC was not working, no TV in the bedroom (I stayed in this room for 2 nights, afterwhat I was changed to a remodeled one, with good facilities)

The Hotel and the staff are not what one expects for that price. The rooms are not what is shown at Booking .com. The showers are dirty , the cleaning is insufficient. The staff cannot communicate with English speaking Guests because not one person spoke English . I am sorry , that I made this choice, but Booking . com recommended it . I will never recommend or return to this Hotel. Also I was overcharged by your Taxi service on the return trip to the airport.

Extremely difficult to use the elevators (always full, sometimes having to wait for up to 5 elevators cars passing full until I had finally a chance to get in. When I tried to use the stairs, they were blocked by cleaning cars and rollaway beds, breakfast didn’t have a good refill (no juice, no water to drink when I had breakfast). Also got a wrong invoice by mail: I got two rooms for a day and they invoiced one room for the double price.

We had two adjoining rooms, one of them quite large, so we had a lot of space.

While everything looks nice, you can see it is just for show and there is a lot of things not working properly (loose fittings, doors that don’t close properly, leaks). one of the bathrooms had two huge leaks from above to the point of “raining” in our bathroom and getting the floor soaking wet.I got stuck in the lift and although they were working on it, no one ever communicated through the phone in the lift, so I left completely stranded. Some work was done on the water tanks and we were not informed so we run out of water complexity for several hours, unexpectedly.Breakfast was quite limited for that level of hotel.
