    Pros +

    • Cheap for the area and close to restaurants and bars.
    • I am really impressed, what a find. I usually stay in another hotel in Frei Caneca, around the corner, but they over charged me £50 and refused to rectify the mistake. So on my return from Bahia, I cancelled the said hotel and booked the Braston last minute. I am so happy I did, its a wonderful hotel, friendly helpful staff, large spacious, well decorated room and bathroom, amazing breakfast. Brilliant location, Parque Augusta across the road, gyms, bars, clubs and restaurants all near by. Its the best, I have already booked, to stay again in June, Love this hotel.
    • Efficiency, easy, breakfast was great, missed pao de queijo though

    Cons -

    • The room is basic. There's nothing that would stand out. It looked clean.... until we discovered cockroaches of all sizes and shapes. I took picture of at least 10 (different ones within 20 minutes). Quickly told the staff about it who.. sent someone up WHILE we were in the room and sprayed some sort of chemical throughout the room WHILE we were present, then left. We checked out early. On top of this, Booking.com is trying to give us $13 euros in reimbursement (R$82) which is laughable. I've been using booking.com for years. Highest level Genius here. But after this I will think twice using it as their customer service is subpar. Once you send a message you cannot update it until they respond, once you press the send button again the chat with customer service closes and now it's been closed for days even though it says they respond in 24 hours. So DO NOT STAY at Braston Hotel in Sao Paulo.DO NOT use Booking.com as their customer service isn't gonna really help. Not my first rodeo with them. Last they wouldn't repay for a hotel that wasn't honored by the hotel, only after lengthy back and forth, and months later.
    • Nothing, it was all wonderful.
    • Location was good but the hotel very bad, bed super uncomfortable, the handle for the shower didn’t work, room was dirty, dust and garbage under the bed. Wouldn’t stay at this place my next time in São Paulo

    nothing really

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a bit of paint on the inside. The floor in the shower had a few small tiles missing and the bed is a simple one with springs which you feel when laying down. There's enough space in the room, but that doesn't make up for the price.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms are very clean. There is room service every day. The location is close to shops, shopping malls and many attractions. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally large, varied and very tasty. Everything is freshly prepared and kept clean.

The room furnishings are very outdated. The pillows need to be replaced. As the air conditioning is attached to the outside of the building, it is very noisy when it rains.

The staff was really kind and the location is very practical if you want to walk the city or use the subway.

My room had an inactive communicating door with another room and it was a bit noisy.

    the location

lot of things not working well, like shower. Very noisy air conditioner.

    7Jos045Posted on: 3-3-2024

Staff were all very friendly. Parking safely under the hotel was a plus. Breakfast had sufficient variety and fresh products. Shower was powerful and spacious.

I was in a room of the part of the hotel that is going to be refurbished. That showed. The AC was of an historic type. Furniture was worn out and dirty.WiFi in the room failed continuously..

    Parking garage below. Good location.

Noise from bars below until 6am. Tiny old television. Old In-wall air conditioner.

Nice hotel, great location, great staff and delicious breakfast.

Near to park, mall, little places with local food and also public transportation available

The breakfast was always the same

    9EstelaPosted on: 11-8-2023

Breakfast was fine. The location was very good with nearby metro stations. The walk to Avenida Paulista was a hike mostly uphill.

    7RuvimboPosted on: 10-22-2023

Really great hotel, the room was big as was the bathroom. It was really clean, the breakfast was wholesome. The reception, cleaner and breakfast staff were all really lovely and helpful.

Only thing that could be improved if the time for checkin. I was super ill when we arrived in São Paulo and had no energy in me but they still wouldn’t let us check in till 2.

    5ArquimedesPosted on: 9-28-2023

Good location but not secure at night

The bathroom was dirty with broken glasses at the floor and hair flat pillows

    10FelipePosted on: 9-23-2023

The staff and facilities of the hotel

I had to change my room because there was a door that divided my room with another one and every noise they made at their room I was able to hear through this door, mostly during the dawnBut after complaining with the staff, they were quick to change my room

    9xijiaPosted on: 9-16-2023

Nice hotel and spacious, clean room.

The pillows in room are too small and lumpy

    9Seyed F.Posted on: 9-15-2023

The location, more or less, is close to Avenida Paulista. The breakfast is good, there are different options. The staffs at reception are helpful. Specifically Rafael.

The shower and floor in the room can be renewed.
