Hotel Wz Jardins

This hotel is in a great location in the middle of everything. Easy to go anywhere perfect.

The location is great. Next door there is a nice grocery store, and within a minute-walk there is a subway station. The surroundings are safe and nice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super kind and helpful.

It could use some maintenance. The room is really tiny.

Prices of items in the restaurant and in room bar. Was easier and cheaper to go to shop next door and get drinks, etc.

The breakfast was good

I forgot my charger in the room, I called and the guy from the reception said that I would only be able to try to find the item 3 days in the future. I lost my charger…

There is a good restaurant and room service, It is comfortable and has a good benefits-cost relation.

The floor in the hall way has some vinilic layers elevated what is boring.

They stole our money !

We stayed at this hotel. Before go out from hotel we left 1100USD in my wife backpack.Then we back hotel sleep and next morning we did checkout for go airport.When we arrived at the airport, we realized that $600 had been taken from the bag.During this time only housekeeping enter room for make room.We tried to reach hotel but they didn’t answer.

The location and the restaurant. The fact of there is a restaurant inside the building make easier even if you arriving late. Cause they have room service available 24h too.

Some maintenance details like vinil floor at corridor and some furniture old fashioned. And seems me tiny in comparison other option with the same price.

Hotel is well located and close to the Jardins shopping area. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly and helpful. For the price we paid, the value was fair.

The hotel is in general pretty run down and needs a refurbishment. The rooms are also pretty small and have no real storage options, which is not handy for longer stays,

The rooms were very small and could be cleaned better. The airco blows at the bed.

Good and safe location, large rooms, many restaurants on Oscar Freire street, easy access to Uber & metro

Limited options for the breakfast, especially lacking egg & cheese varieties, no instructions on the safe

Hotel needs some maintenance

The room was very clean and the shower is great. Breakfast is also good and have many nice options.

The room is a bit smaller than expected, but it's ok. The only thing that is annoying is the noise from Rebouças avenue. Even though our room was on the opposite side, the sound is very loud at night and me and my husband had some trouble sleeping.

Near a metro station, clean and well located

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are perfect for one, might be small for 2.

Staff at front desk are not very friendly and they just speak Portuguese which makes it hard to communicate.

Fantastically positioned hotel, in the very heart of SP, less than 1 min away from the Oscar Freire metro station. Also a good breakfast, with many options of good quality. All this at a very competitive price.

The room was very small: there was barely space to host the 2 suitcases and we had to take turns on who was moving. The rooms facing the main road can be noisy (especially if the window doesn't close well...). Furniture were a bit run down

Disappointing

Elevator waiting time up to 15 minutes - I heard from other people up to 30 minutes. that's not acceptable.
