Location, size of the bedroom and breakfast were great!! You are in the middle of everything. The breakfast was delicious!

The bathroom has ants and was quite outdated. I could also hear a lot of noise from the streets -- windows are not double or triple pane and unfortunately there was some night work on the street of the hotel on one of the nights. The elevator was also an issue mainly because the service elevator was out..there were long waits to take the elevator.

What they call a bedroom apartment was not really an apartment it is studio Not all the staff nice some of them was not helpful

Good location, clean, comfortable. Rooms decoration in need of a refresh. Breakfast ok but plenty of better options around.

The check in guys were so friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and were a pleasure to deal with. The room had a great desk for working at and the bed was comfortable. The pool was an added bonus even though the pool chairs were uncomfortable.

The breakfast was basic but OK. The building is a little worn but the room was clean.

The staff were exceptional the entire time I stayed… I did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that… the rooms are very large with a desk for working, a separate area for dressing and storage of luggage.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the pool and consequently that was unavailable however negotiation with the management provided breakfast in compensation, not however take this offer up but it was available to me. All in all, I’m very happy with the way they handled this.I would recommend that they upgrade the towels, but that would be my only thing I would change .

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the subway. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The free walking tour meeting point next to the subway station.

location. safety. staff were accommodating. though room i got was in the first floor, it had a balcony.

no air-conditioner in the sitting/kitchen area but there was a small fan provided. the room was cool so no need for it. however it could get hot during summer i guess. Only one elevator was working, took time to go down. we used the stairs (service area) as we stayed on the first floor only. But i couldn't imagine if you stayed on the higher floors.

The location of the hotel is the reason for staying there. The breakfast was okay, as long as you are lucky not to go when it is full.

The facilities are wearing out. The common areas are old, and the fitness centre is terrible. The main problem was with our booking, which I made with breakfast. However, my reservation appeared with additional internet instead of breakfast, and I needed to pay extra. The room prices are not transparent at the property. When the staff were asked about it, the answer was purposefully confusing, which left us feeling like we had been tricked.

The location was great (we felt very save) and the breakfast was outstanding (good coffee and fresh juices)

Great centrally located Aparthotel. Decent breakfast and good staffs. Many good restaurants nearby, and stone throw away from Avenida Paulista

Facility does show its age. The gym is tiny

Good location near Paulista with access to two subway lines. Pool to cool off after some sightseeing!

The location is amazing. So close to Paulista avenue and many restaurants. It was clean and modern. I would return, despite minor shortcomings. GREAT value for the location.

My room had one full window and one that was more like a vent -- this was not good for street noise. There is construction nearby and in the morning it can be noisy.

Lifts very small and busy. We had to wait 20mins to get our bags down to reception when checking out

The staff is good, other than that, old facilities and smelly bathroom. The furniture is old, the rooms are not like the pictures, the elevators are a mild inconvenience.

The staff were kind and location good.

It is a building site. The rooms across the hall from us are being refurbished as is the entrance and the restaurant. Breakfast was next to power tools being used loudly and was very cramped because of reduced space. There were no tables and you couldn’t move around. On our second day there was no coffee or cutlery. The whole place felt very chaotic and basic because of it being a building site. There was no acknowledgement of the work from staff or apology.
