Very comfortable suite with living room, kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with high pressure water. Loved the location, walkable to Avenida Paulista and excellent restaurants.

A small but important detail could be improved: the quality of the soap and toilet paper.

Clean, great location and great staff.

Breakfast is mediocre, outdated pool area, small gym, and tv screens/ entertainment.

They were out of the family room type we'd booked, but we were upgraded to a 3 room apartment.

The staff only speaks Portuguese. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, but no effort was made to find a solution. The impression was that it had been known before and that they did nothing with it. The breakfast was disappointing, so much, that we had breakfast outside the hotel. The price-quality ratio is very disappointing.

The location is great. Easy to access public transport system. Near Av. Paulista and Oscar Freire. Thousand restaurants and bars nearby.The family room is spacious and comfortable.

The WiFi and breakfast could be better.The receptionist told me they will upgrade the WiFi soon.

Perfect location

Breakfast restaurant ok but the ambiance could be better. No atmosphere.

Room was big and spacious with a small terrace outside. Good position, 5 mins from Paulista avenue. Very close to good cafes, restaurant and bars just down the road. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Not a 4-star hotel. The room furniture is outdated and spartan. Wi-Fi was quite slow. During my stay, the adjacent building was undergoing renovation work so I had a lot of noise early in the morning. The fact they don't have fully double-glazed windows could be annoying. Bad lighting in the room.

The app. has both a living and bedroom and a kitchen corner as an useful addition for a long stay. The breakfast (incl. mango) is great!

Location was perfect for my business trip. Close to Paulista and most of my meetings. Breakfast was also good. Will return again.

Great value for an excellent property in a great area with lots of eateries, shops and entertainment.

Very convenient for Avenida Paulista and Jardins districts and within short walk of the metro. It was worth asking for a quiet room as it’s a busy street on weekdays.

The breakfast was a bit mixed. Fruit and cheese looked a bit dry one morning and I’m not sure what international visitors would make of the hot option: chopped frankfurter-type sausages floating in tomato sauce. However, another morning fruit and cheese were fine and both times there was a good selection of breads, cake etc.

My wife and I stayed for a week. I had business stuff during the day, and my wife walked around town. It was great for both of those things - easy for me to Uber to meetings anywhere in the city, and a great neighborhood for my wife to walk around and explore. The front-desk staff were great, always very cheerful and helpful. 24h self-serve minimart in the lobby is very convenient. Our room was a suite with living room, bedroom, bath, small kitchenette, and a big walk-in closet. Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend it.

Room was spacious but pretty spartan. Don't expect fancy, but do expect very usable. Breakfast is OK, but honestly we enjoyed going to a coffee shop a block away that was awesome.

The rooms are in apartment, it was good clean. The place is safe, it's a very good located. Close to the main street.

The breakfast can be better

AC didn't work and beeped all night long.

The AC stopped working during the middle of the night (2 AM-ish) and started beeping. I contacted the front desk and they told me I could get another room, but I needed to empty this room. So basically I'd have to pack all my stuff, check-out of my apartment and check in again in the new one. I tried asking if I could simply go to finish my night at another unit, and would clean that unit at 7am, but they denied.
