Beautiful. Great location. Decor was lovely.

Food in the restaurant wasn't so great. Not a good value for the price either.

The Staff were friendly and helpful, The place was neat and tidy

They should have more English speaking staff also it is a 5 star hotel and English is an international language that's more the reason why English should be introduced all round.

The hotel is amazing, very chique and clean. It has great amenities and a great bar service

The pool was dirty, not very fun and the restaurant was closed during our stay. We also didn't get to have breakfast at the advertised spot

Beside being a good hotel in a very good location, staff is really amazing!We went to Sao Paulo to get married and needed lots of help. All front desk staff was amazing but have to mention Gabriel Pinheiro from guest relations for all the help and attention.Once again - Thank you to all Grand Mercure staff!

Regular hotel, ok gym and a plus with tennis court

Old style, not at all a good location. very far away from everything, extremely noisy with the highway just beneath.

Delicious and amazing value for what it was. Everyday it was a different thing and I loved it.

I did not like that everything had to be served. At some points it was super crowded

Very ugly jaded room and public space decor. All feels tired and stuck in the 80’s. Poly cotton sheets not acceptable in what’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel. No glasses in room, my friend’s roomSmelled v damp and musty . Outdoor pool full of wasps and the area is just a concrete so v unappealing . SP needs to up its hotel game massively

The air conditioning did not make the room cold enough, and unfortunately this made it very uncomfortable.

Not very well designed room. For example nice to have 2 tables to work and eat at but not good to not have an armchair to sit in, it had to be either the bed or desk chair. Bed pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel feels dated for the price they charge.

The breakfast is very rich and tasty. The rooms are spacious and confortable. The gym is good and there is a nice tennis court.

Unfortunately we woke up at 8 in the morning due to construction work in close rooms! This kind of work shouldn’t be done before 10am. Also there is a lot of light shining through the curtains. If you don’t have a deep sleep, it’s kind of hard to get rested.

Great breakfast! Great location! Great outdoor facilities! The cafe was also amazing!!!

Very clean facility, attentive staff right from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, pistachio cake....like what the heck (I mean in a great way) and the waiter made an amazing cup of cappuccino. Overall, a really great experience. Definitely a value for money.

The water in the bathroom shower wasn't hot enough.
