Fantastic Hotel! Great location. Central to everything you need to access. Modern structure and feel. Helpful, respectful and present staff. Breakfast (with a view) with many options of the best quality! Kids friendly too! Nice n warm pool along with a few games for the whole family.We'll definitely be back, when visiting Sao Paulo.

PAID Vallet Parking. Although they were very professional and polite, I always like to park my own vehicle. Personal preference.

The bed was good. The hotel was very clean

The food at restaurant was made from amateurs. We had a few times food there and since the breakfast where was served a bread like a rubber, old specialty in São Paulo where the breads are amazing everywhere. All food we order at restaurant was served frozen. The staff was good and friendly. The lady with a curative on her eye was very friendly and professional. Another problem was the noise because the cleaning in the patio at 6:00 am with a Kärcher.

Great location if you’re going to Einstein Hospital. Very comfortable, nice welcome sweets, great breakfast in a beautiful place. Very convenient taxi station at the hotel with pre-agreed honest pricing.

Price could be just a bit lower, but that’s all. Great hotel

We love the hotel, it was a fantastic experience, the food (3 meals provided) was 5 stars quality,staff very friendly and helpful,the facilities clean, the only minor comment was the rooms were too small for a family of 4, but the place was out of this world, highly recommended, if we are back to Sao Paulo, we'll definitely stay here again! Muito Obrigada!

The small rooms accommodation and poor ping pong quality rackets and balls.

Staff were amazing. Thiago and Diego from the reception were exceptionally helpful. The masseuse in the hotel spa was very skilled.

They upgrade me to better room

The breakfast area was reserved for corporation and leaving very few table for other guests, the waitress weren’t accommodating too to help finding the available seats.

Clean and friendly staff

Everything was great. The breakfast, the staff, the rooms. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. I was travelling with my baby son and it was very good. Novotel never disappointed us!

There were many people. The hotel was packed which resulted in some queues and a bit of chaos, but it was solved immediately by the staff.

Staff member was rude. Vitor, but Kevin exceeded the expectations and had better communication/attitude and better service

Pleasant stay, comfortable room/bed, very attentive staff especially in the restaurant area. Nice breakfast, efficient service for both check in and check out.

Bathroom is quite small and lacks ventilation.

Nice clean hotel good location. Breakfast was good and varied. Pool looked good although I did not try it.

Rooms disposition (at least the one I got) is a bit strange and feels a bit small but with enough ammenities and clean.

The breakfast was amazingly good. The croissants are delicious. Reception also very polite. Brazilians: careful , cause all power outlets are 220V

The restaurant, in the night of out checkin, was almost empty for dinner and the even so I had to continuously call them to take my order and stuff because noone even looked at me. Totally different from the amazing staff in the morning.

The staff was very respectful. They answered all the questions I had.
