Hotel was very well located in the heart of Itam Bibi. Very close to lots of great restaurants and bars

Good attention, we'll located, room is spacious. My room's ac was not working properly but they gave me a new room.

Very noisy, we were on the second flioor and we heard lots of noise from the street.

The Hotel has a good location. The staff is friendly and attentive. It has a good service and a good breakfast.

Lots of restaurants and botecos very close. Overall I would describe this stay as "fine."

No complimentary water is provided in the room, and the water that is available in the mini bar is very expensive and small. The rooms are very old and outdated, particularly the bathroom. The valet parking is confusing and we had to carry our luggage up the ramp ourselves. Also, the valet parked our car under something that was dripping oily water on the windshield that was not easy to clean off.

The room was great. The breakfast was very good too.

The gym could've been better and the swimming pool was closed.

The space and the room facilities, small kitchen, small table to eat! Very pleasant.

The coffee machine on breakfast is really bad, every coffee tastes bad. The breakfast is nice, with tapioca - ordered a part - fruits, eggs etc. it deserves a better coffee machine with real coffee grains and real cappuccino.

Not to much to say

One of the worst experiences in my life, the hotel is not well maintained, it doesn't look a 4 stars hotel to me... Very noisy and not well isolated, we could hear everything happening outside. With big surprise, I've found a quite big alive cockroach going around in the bathroom which brought me to be so disgusted that i had to trow away all my personal products because you cannot be sure of which parasite or disease they are carrying on. By reporting this to the Hotel stuff, i didn't even receive a confirmation that my room was sanitize nor a formal excuse, like if it was normal for them... This was simply unacceptable!!! To conclude, i was asking a simple request a power socket adapter because their sockets are still not international (like it should be in 2024) and i got answered that they didn't have enough, risking to loose an important online meeting. This together with the annoying keys which were never working as they should made our experience in that hotel not pleasant at All. We travel a lot for business and we never had such annoying and unpleasant experience. Very disappointed.

Dated rooms

Location is perfect for me, breakfast good and staff helpful

I arrived early and I was informed that check in is at 14:00. The receptionist instead of trying to be nice and smiling just said, I have a room ready now but if you want to check in before 14:00 you have to pay. That was my first contact with the hotel. I also work in hospitality and in my opinion or you give the room for free and make a guest happy or you say in a different way and offer help to store the luggage etc. this receptionist also didn’t smile the entire stay ?

Outdated bathroom, but working properly.

Breakfast is good. Eggs cooked to order. Accommodating staff. Plenty of bread and cake. Brand new refurbished breakfast area is first class.

I would like to request bacon and or smoked salmon to the buffet. Also Nespresso and steamed and frothed milk for the espresso would be nice.

Location is awesome, room is big and breakfast is excellent.

The position of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants and bars and at walking distance from the Parque do Povo where you can go for a run in the morning.

Wonderful staff. I left valuable belongings in the hotel, by mistake. Gabriele Umbelina - Analista de Reservas, made an effort to contact me and returned the belongings intact. I appreciate it very much.
