Great sharing areas.

The Wi-Fi was not stable and only worked outside the room.

The location, facilities inside the room, cleanliness

There is a collaborator at night in reception who is not very friendly, he is downright rude. It is the second time I have been there and he still behaves the same way. He should have been better trained. There was a poorly trained waiter in the restaurant at night as well.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good gym, big bedroom. Was nice to have a bar so we could have a drink before dinner and the Barman was super nice

Hairdryer wasn’t good, very weak, and the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold, couldn’t fully enjoy the shower. WiFi in the room is terrible.

Breakfast buffet was very simple and nice but could be more options is it was not a 3 star hotel

Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Everything in the room worked as expected.

Property seems a bit dated. Breakfast seemed to be constantly running out of food.

Location was superb, in a really safe neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall really close by. The room was a good size.

WiFi was problematic Swimming pool is tiny and there are no facilities to get a drink or anything up there on the 18th floor where it is situated.The bar closed very early. We had dinner and then wanted. Drink directly after we’d eaten but the bar had already closed!

Very convenient location. Allowed early check-in, great sauna on the roof. I would consider it for our future stays in SP

Good location, fast lifts, good breakfast, nice room and strong shower.

Location is top, can walk around the area (eg Oscar Freire, bars and restaurants) and to Paulista in 15 min; has small gym and small pool. Downstairs breakfast and diner/Simple and not fancy, clean and staff very nice and helpful

Bedroom doors could be more soundproof but this is a general issue in most hotels!

It’s a bit old, elevators don’t work properly

Breakfast was good, mainly general options like bread, yogurt, cereal, cheese, jam, milk, but it was enough to get us through the morning. The location of the hotel is AMAZING, lots of restaurants, malls, supermarkets, bars nearby, it FEELS SAFE WALKING AROUND!

The safety box indicated and error once I closed it and didn't open again. It wasn't an issue right away because I was just trying it on, but it would've been a serious problem otherwise. The pool it's only sunny in the morning.

The breakfast spread was good but kept having to ask for stuff; spoons , glasses, teabags, hot water etc. Room was fine. Location was good.

Hotel was great, comfortable, good breakfast and great location

We had booked a double room online but when we got there there wasn’t a double available so we had to take a twin room which was a little frustrating

Location of the hotel is good, feels safe and lots of places to eat near by - check the Good Market restaurant around the corner

Bed was very hard Rooms need updating as they are very datedBreakfast was disappointing (apart from fruit section and cakes) - basic maintenance issues in breakfast area - lights not working etc

City, facilities and location

Cannot sleep in the first night - water drop and very constant noise of the water drop from the air conditioner in the top apartamento. The don’t give an immediate solution just in the 2nd day.

Poor breakfast and old fashioned rooms, it definitely needs a renovation. AC not working
