Breakfast was good and room was big.

The airport transfer that was mentioned at the time of booking was not provided. I received all the instructions and waited at the airport, but after a long wait I called and was informed that the transfer was no longer available.When I arrived at the hotel, the staff showed little concern and stated that it was not the hotel’s responsibility.In addition, the check-in process was extremely slow. Priority was given to pilots and aircraft crew members, which resulted in a significant delay. From the time I arrived at the airport until I finally received my room, it took approximately two hours.

The reception was not very friendly. The room was advertised with a kettle and we had to ask for same. The toilet was not working properly and got blocked on the first use. Toilet seat was loose and the dirty marks on the carpets was not very appealing.

The staff did didn't speak or understand spanish/english, so the communication was difficultIn the rooms floor the facilities look old and deteriorated

Breakfast was excellent! There were eggs, fresh fruit, rolls, cake, and more.

The carpet on the 22nd floor is stained and needs replacement.

The hotel is very close to Congonhas airport and they have a great transfer to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfy.

The hotel isn’t as modern as it appears which wasn't a problem for me.

Housekeeping did not clean dailyTerrible, hard, thin towels Magnetic key cards constantly didn’t workComplicated elevators which required the card to move but sometimes worked and sometimes not. Being in a dark elevator with the doors shut and not moving is a disagreeable feeling. Breakfast was very basic. Very little variety from one day to the next. Replacements and refillings of food and utensils was slow. Same fruits every day and sometimes not ripe.

Very well located if you’re about to travel domestic out of CGH, we had a suite that gave us a little space with a fridge and microwave, dishwasher etc. Excellent breakfast

A little far from the city if you want to explore

Great location, free shuttle to CGH, good breakfast and attentive front-desk staff.

Facilities are getting old, a bit too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

Structure of aparthotel, some ppl own flats, others are managed by Atlantica.The hotel is now much better after the big renovations of 2023 have been completed. Last year I had been there, l loved the location in front of a supermarket/ wholesale market (Assaí) as well as being in front of CGH airport, but the renovations caused confusion. The hotel is now very organized

I remembered the breakfast wasn't great and imo probably is more like a 3 star hotel standard for Brazilian standards, but it was a bit worse than I remembered The biggest issue is it is available in theory from 6a to 10am, but around 9:30am sometimes earlier the staff stop refilling many things including fruit, types of bread and even yogurt at times.If you buy stuff for your apartment that has a kitchen, like I did the family suit, you may be less vulnerable to the rather poor breakfast service for a property that is 4 star in theory. If a prime breakfast experience is a must for you in this region you of SP then you will certainly be best served at 5 star options like the Wyatt or Hilton morumbi

I stay here for years... the breakfast is delicious, the staff is nice and the distance to Congonhas is perfect

Nice breakfast with hot meal, large variety of bread. juice, coffee and yogurt. A cleanroom with nice pillows and a wonderful shower. Nice restaurant with average prices.

Bathroom floor wasn't totally clean, but it wasn't a big deal, because it was a minor thing.

Great location and very comfortable. The offsite building Manager was super helpful.

The location of the hotel is good for those who have a flight at Congonhas airport, the breakfast was good, the transfer was punctual, it ultimately met my expectations

We had to stay here after one of our flights got cancelled. The location is amazing, we were able to walk to the airport in the morning in less than 10 minutes and reception is 24/7. Breakfast was incredible!!

The bathroom looked very old and the floor had some very weird stains on it. Shower was good and the beds were comfy even thou we only stayed in our room for 5 hours.

It is near to the airport.

The Air-conditioner did not work, the temperature of the room was 30degree, the corredor to the room was dark, it looks a bit scary.. the bathroom, and towels did not looks like clean.. I believe the hotel it’s a quite expensive for the quality.

Outdated room (stain on carpet and chairs and curtains)Hygiene is questionable (mold in bathroom, bugs, and spider webs)Tv is slightly larger than my iPad Pro with useless channels if you are a foreigner The Wi-Fi disconnects every hour if your lucky every 2 hours I came across only two staff members of the reception speaking English (this made communications with the rest very very challenging)As a Muslim the only thing I could eat from the breakfast buffet was bread and cereal and fruits (very few options)The restaurant in the hotel is a 2 out of 10 based on staff attitude, lack of English and the foodI’ve never came across a hotel with no complimentary water bottles Basic amenities such as slippers, etc not provided in the room Expect regular power outages Be careful with the power outlets (I was almost electrocuted)No power outlets in master bedroom so if you’re thinking of charging your phone while in bed that’s not possible unless you disconnect the night lampThe lights in the hallway operate on mission sensors, therefore if you peak from the magic eye all you will see is pitch black and at some point when your leaving your room or just coming out from the elevator you will not be able to even see your own hands and that made me feel very unsafe for a few seconds

Excellent location, great staff and really good restaurant. They also offered transfer to the airport which was really helpful.

The room wasn’t the best, specially the shower. Definitely not up to a 4 star standard. Also it was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the hotel at night time as they are renovating the main lobby.

Good value for money if booked early, for 700 BRL per night there probably is sth more high end

The renovation is causing confusion. The staff forgot to wake me up.Then at the last day I paid for late checkout in advance and after the normal checkout time I kept getting numerous calls and was disturbed twice by staff knocking at my door with the do not disturb sign displayed The front desk was generous to not charge me for the last day mini bar expenses as a form of spontaneous compensation.I think they probably are better than this. I do understand the problems generated by the renovation but this kimd of stuff has nothing to do with the renovation itself.I'll give it a second chance but FYI if you don't have much patience avoid it until it's over
