H4 La Residence Paulista

Good location in a safe area walking distance to Paulista Ave and many stores and restaurants. The room was spacious, and the attached restaurant was open late and had friendly service. I didn?t use the pool but it looked nice.

WiFi constantly cuts out, window in bathroom is permanently open with no bug screen, city construction and hallway noise non-stop day and night, toilet was so weak it barely worked, long elevator waits, beds are too hard. It wasn?t a comfortable stay.

The hotel is amazing. I booked a room with two single beds. The beds are excellent, as are the blankets, sheets, pillows—everything. The room is extremely cozy. The bathroom is also excellent, very spacious and with a mirror.The hotel has a gym for those who enjoy weight training. There is a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious.La Residence is very close to Avenida Paulista and easy to access. There is valet parking available (paid separately).Great experience. 1000/10!

Reception team were nice but slow, and some didn’t know English. Breakfast was basic and below average. Hotel seems to be a bit outdated and needs renovation

Location is great. It's walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Check in was easy. The laundry place they have downstairs is awesome and they charge a reasonable price.

This is a flat hotel so there are different room sizes and styles. I already stayed with them a couple of times so at this time my room was too small for the money. That's the only thing I have to say.

They didn’t have a toaster at breakfast? Instead a cheese tomatoes machine. Rooms were very basic. No one knew how to use the television, so kids were upset. Beds weren’t as promised had to change rooms

Great location in the heart of the city, the staffing are amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful! This facility also has a restaurant that’s very convenient, great menu and very good food!

It is conveniently close to Avenida Paulista and many restaurants.

The room is dated and need a lot of repairs. The ceiling board was cracked. The bed was very comfortable, but lacked the bare basics of bedding: there was no mattress protector and was made up with only 2 top sheets and no fitted sheet. We found a duvet inner in the cupboard (it wasn't on the bed and the night was chilly because of rain) There was no duvet cover.There is no kettle or other coffee/tea making facilities although there is a minibar and a fridge.The room description boasts a "view" but that was of a dark alley between the hotel and the building next door.

The hotel is nice and the location is great. The place seems recently well kept and clean. Sadly, some of the staff members seem to be quite unhappy and not particularly friendly or even all that helpful.

Great choice in São Paulo for location, comfort and facilities. Excellent pool and good breakfast. Recommended.

Excellent location, easy walk, one block uphill to Alameda Santos, two blocks to Av Paulista . Spacious room. If a little dated.Great hotel staff, excellent cleaning service . Laundry available in the property.The property has a comfortable atmosphere.Well equiped gym.Convenience store on site. very handy.

The room looked a little dated and tired, stone counters in the bathroom are heavily pitted and collect water. There was demolition going on daily outside my window, every day an early start at 8 am.A new building is coming to that location.

I was late to check in, and staff was still there at reception desk to check me in. Great service.

To be honest the main reason my score is so low is because they charged me 36 reales on check out for drinking the still water in the mini bar. Considering the price of the hotel and the temperatures in Sao Paulo I think that should have been free and I have never been charged for drinking the water in a hotel before. Usually it is complimentary

I had a pleasant stay here and would be happy to stay again. Hotel is in a great central location in a nice neighbourhood which is quite safe. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and functional with no issues encountered. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Waiting for the elevators can sometimes take a while.
